I ordered a Word Search game from Mindware at at cost of $34.95. After I received it, I saw the same game on Amazon on sale for $17.99, regular price $24.99. I called customer relations to claim the 110% low price guarantee you advertise. The clerk told me that they would not match the sale price. Therefore, I asked her to match the regular price. The clerk told me the item did not qualify for the match. Your website did not state that the match only applied to certain items. Very bad customer service.
