Trouble with my first order right from the start. Then, I get an email from them saying that tax on the order had not been paid and that more funds would be taken out of my account. The tax, however, had been paid., 3 calls to customer service. My concerns were NOT answered, the reps were extremely rude and uncaring and I was hung up on for asking to be reassured that no more money would be taken out of my account!! Disgraceful to say the least and totally unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Oh and the products lacked any kind of quality and not worth what I paid for them. Wish I could rate minus stars. the reps would not answer my question and disconnected.
