Totally screwed up my online christmas order for the kids. Replaced several items with vaguely similar items that were not age appropriate. I ordered a $40 necklace for my daughter and got a bag of cheap plastic charms that weren't even strung together etc. Duplicates on multiple items that I only ordered one of, but I was charged for the duplicates. Terrible experience and I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs.
