I purchased a pair of hood brackets on 11/18/2023 from them ..that day they billed my Paypal account.....NOT HEARING FROM THEM NOTHING! ...I reached out to them by phone 12/03/23 and they said its on backorder and I should be getting my parts VERBALLY by the middle of December.....NOTHING! .... Dec 19th I get ANOTHER BACKORDER NOTICE but has a different order number for the same part (with a fishy little notice "we don't bill credit card until the backorder is filled "WHICH THEY DID THAT DAY!) THEY SAID THEY NEEDED 21 DAYS TO RETURN MONEY AFTER CANCELLING (when they were'nt supposed to bill until backorder was filled!!) ....ITS BEEN NOW 45 days!!! I told them this was inconvenient and I should be given a coupon off for future purchase for any amount if their going to tie up my money since November 2023 until late February 2024!....TIGHT WADS OFFERED ME NOTHING!....5 BUCKS WOULD PROBABLY BROKE THESE JERKS? I will be taking all of my business to my local restoration parts guy......at least he won't take my money and give me the cold-shoulder like these tight wads!!!
