Terrible! Been paying for the internet for a month, no one ever showed up to install the nbn box- when they finally did, internet doesn’t work. I spent hours on the phone with them..they do the same troubleshooting and internet doesn’t work.
I was told technicians would come see what’s wrong about 4 times. Missed work and waited all day, no one showed up.
A theft of money!
