I switched to the broadband which took 2 months to go live. Customer service approach was bad.
I was with the Origin from End of July to November and those days were the dark moment of my live.
5 whole days without signal and always having poor service.
Cancellation fee is horrendous. Not a good service at all. One major switch i regretted on a daily basis.
