Worsts nbn service
I was already member with them and always do direct debit but there internet is so slow so I ask them to increase my plan and they did and they have my whole bank details but later they mail me I gave wrong bank account so they charge me extra 75$ as well as I even can’t talk with customer service they gave to directly debit collector ..worst worst worst service 🙏🙏🙏
