I have read the other reviews and so much of their experiences have been mine as well. The "it is a problem with NBN", "NBN will call you today/tomorrow', "your modem is the problem, buy our modem', it is the adaptor/router/line. But no one fixes the problem.
I am changing tomorrow. I would change now but it is 10.30pm. Origin is supposed to be phoning me (you know, the 'if you would like us to call you without losing your place in the queue, press 1 and hang up' story). I was tempted by the $10 bundle saving. Had internet for 1 week and now have not had internet for 1 week and am hotspotting my phone which has cost me an extra $100, till now. Try any other company, with free modem. It can't be worse............. Origin - you are more than disappointing. You have failed.
