Have called dozens of times asking them to cancel the phone part of my broadband spoken to multiple people as it hasn’t ever worked since we signed up 7 months ago and they said they would credit our account and cancel it but still have not done that have sent multiple emails and had no help at all
Would not recommend them to anyone
Power and gas they are fabulous but broadband - they are a joke!
