Cannot believe we live in a communications era which has such a company like Origin. The customer service is non existent, no updates to ongoing problems, no completion dates nothing. When asked to escalate just told nothing further could be done, the manager would just say the say thing.
We have had months of awful broadband connections dropping, slow speeds, no connection at all. Avoid at all costs.
