Absolutely terrible experience with Origin. Requested an internet service transfer in early May with a confirmed connection date — nothing happened. Was later told the request was never received, despite having completed it properly. After following up, was assured it would be resolved in 1–2 days. Still nothing. Reached out again, only to find the service was mistakenly connected to a completely different (old) address. Multiple agents promised urgent fixes and follow-up calls that never came. Weeks later, still no service — but they had no problem charging a connection fee. This has caused serious inconvenience and extra costs. Customer service is disorganised, unresponsive, and clearly not capable of resolving basic issues. Would not recommend to anyone.
