I should have read their results before going to Origin. I was told their sales team - by phone - that I would get certain pricing if I switched to them.
And surprise, surprise: I'm not getting the right pricing and the different contact I get every time I try to sort it out can't fix it, and now says it was never offered. Wtaf ...
