Horrible experience. Moved into a new property, applied for power connection. On the connection day, got no power. Called them to fix the issue, and as it's after hours, it's a $100+ fee. The operator didn't communicate clearly that the switch should be turned off, so that resulted in another late call and another $100 fee. I was stressed and upset about the situation. The operator didn't ask me to confirm these requests and fees. (I'd move that to the next morning if I knew that I'd need to pay $200 to get power connected). Will move to a different provider. Not recommend dealing with their company and their customer support.
