Dishonest sales people, Landlords be aware, incorrect information given, spend average of 40 mins waiting on the phone trying to fix problems, on two occasions that wastes your time. Will never deal with them again, I would suggest AGL. Once you do get to speak to someone they are pleasant, but takes them a long time to make heads or tails from the notes that the last person you spoke to has made and still doesn't understand what is going on.
Chose carefully or it just adds stress to your life.
