This is some potent stuff!! I've always been a light sleeper and have tried all sorts of magnesium products but rarely noticed an effect. With Origin Mg I notice a huge difference when I do / don't use it because I sleep so much deeper and actually sleep through the night (I could cry happy tears!!), which had been impossible for years. My energy has improved and even though I sleep really deep, I never have that groggy feeling. I also love that it doesn't have any smell or unnecessary ingredients!
