I just ordered so I haven't received the heated vest I ordered yet, but I can confirm their customer service is amazing! I was trying to use a discount code for a full price vest but it wasn't applying so they sent me a link for the vest plus the battery all in one listing (I was trying to buy them seperate before) and they sent me a 30% coupon and responded like immediately after I emailed! I can't wait to try the vest and I expect to buy more products in the future. :)
