“the pictures depicting the heating elements is not what is actually inside the jacket, the front chest area heating is not very good and nothing like what is shown in the heating element pictures”

“Could not exchange a vest that was too big. I always wear a M,so that’s what I ordered. Too big, need a small. But company wouldn’t let me exchange for a small. Now I’m stuck with a vest that is too big.”

“I've had the long jacket for 3 days, and I've already had to charge it 3 times. I haven't worn it continuously for longer than 2 hours, max. Usually, I've been wearing it for a few minutes at a time when taking my dog out. I'm incredibly disappointed with the battery ife.”

“Vest fit nice first day I wore the vest and found out one of the batteries are junk. Luckily I bought two vest and could use the other battery I got for the other vest for the other one. Tried it yesterday in 35 degrees and my back was sweating. I got the quilted vest and this thing is nice. Very light weight and comfortable. Not happy about the battery not working. Hence the 4 stars. I’ll change it once I get ahold of customer service and get it swapped out. That’s actually why I bought from Ororo is I read all the reviews on the support side of things. Several reviews saying something was wrong and Ororo stood behind their product and took care of their customers. Overall very pleased and will be buying more stuff from Ororo very soon for the rest of my family. Very glad I did my research and found Ororo.”

“I’ve had a great experience with ORORO and their heated apparel. The products are comfortable, easy to use, and genuinely helpful for anyone who spends time outdoors in cold weather. As a photographer who works outside and also deals with cold urticaria, having reliable heated gear has made a real difference for me. “I am very impressed with the customer service. I had a size that didn't fit. They walked me through it, helped me exchange it, and made sure I was taken care of. As far as the product goes, they're very good quality. I love the packaging. Everything is just amazing. I really love them. I highly recommend it! I work outside doing tree work, and it keeps me warm in the winter. And it makes me feel dressed to the nines! I highly recommend 👌”

“As always, Ororo delivered!! I have 2 heated vests and love them SO MUCH that I ordered my adult children and their spouses each one for Christmas. Ororo has many choices to complete anyone’s wardrobe. Fast shipping too!!”

“l received my ororo golf vest, medium size and charged the battery fully and really like that I can warm my hands, back and neck while playing a round of golf and have plenty or room around the sleeves to swing a club. I'm also traveling to Scotland in February (cold weather outside) and will be watching a World Curling competition inside but a very chilly environment. I am 5'4" and 135lbs. and although I do wear a medium in most items this vest was a bit snud so I can only wear a light shirt under it and not a few layers but as it is heated, that will be fine.”

“I foolishly bought a pair of gloves from an open box situation and am now stuck with I'll fitting apparel. My size 7 hands are squashed in M gloves and I'm unable to stretch out my thumb to hold my walking stick. They're extremely uncomfortable. The stretchy wrist band is of no use and when wearing the gloves I'm unable to turn on the batteries. Turn on first before donning them.”
