“the pictures depicting the heating elements is not what is actually inside the jacket, the front chest area heating is not very good and nothing like what is shown in the heating element pictures”

“We love the vest - it works fabulously - but my purchase of he bag to wash it in was a waste of money - I put the vest in the bag, zipped it up and washed gently the vest. When I went to remove the item from the washing machine, the vest was no longer in the bag -”

“I used AI and it found me a direct link to the heated vest I have been looking for, even placed it in the cart for me. Unfortunately, I did not see anywhere in the cart that it was a final sale. The vest arrived much larger than I expected. I am a 44 inch chest, and a I guess I should have bought the medium. I attempted a return, but it was denied as it was final sale, something I wad unaware of. I now have a vest that I can’t use and that I cannot return. In addition, the vest uses a proprietary battery, not a standard USB. Something my AI also did not point out.”

“I have the best I love it. It fits perfect perfectly. I ordered a jacket. Measurements were not on it for shoulder length and stuff like that. It took me four days to get an answer from Ororo on a final sale item. They told me to get the jacket and medium my order a jacket and the medium. It’s swimming on me.. the arms are really huge. I’m pretty disappointed. I’m not gonna lie. I’ve bought many items from ororo before-this item has been disappointed. I don’t think I’ll ever buy it for jacket.”

“Bought 2 extra batteries for my heated gloves. Came quickly. Were priced right. Charged up when I got them. One of the batteries took over 24 hours to reach full charge-the other was finished charging in 6 hours. Hopefully this is not a sign in issues with the long charging battery. Have not used them as the temp is in the 90's as I write this.”

“Love the heated puffy jacket idea. The jacket itself is sized big especially under the arms/breast area. I purchased my standard size medium. Heating elements work great. I’m 5’9” 150 lbs for reference.”

“This vest is great to use year round!! I bought this anticipating using it in the winter around the house when I get cold but surprisingly I was able to use it on cool summer nights and in my office when it's cold. It's just the right material to not be bulky and is a nice layering piece and is a good alternative to the winter vests which look funny when you wear them in the warmer months. This vest has 3 heat settings plus a turbo heat option which is quite nice and a feature that their normal winter vests don't have. The one downfall of this model is the connection to the battery pack, it's not the normal circle connection, it's a c-type that is positioned the wrong way so that it sits funny in your pocket. Buy Ororo - you can't go wrong. It has the best heating areas (especially the neck), nice vest options for everyday and winter and the battery lasts a long time.”

“This jacket will be a gift for my daughter for Christmas. It ran bigger than I thought so if it doesn't fit her will save it for a granddaughter. The jacket is very well constructed; the material is soft and comfy. I think it will be great to wear in the cold Minnesota weather.”
