We purchased a coat for my elderly mother. I'm not sure what happened, but the charger was lost. I contacted customer service to purchase another charger. There was no response so I went looking and I thought I found the correct charger on the Orono website and ordered it. It was delivered promptly, but it was the wrong charger. It had a usb-c connection that you couldn't see on the photo. The coat I bought was not the same. I promply contacted Ororo to return, but had absolutely no response except to show me how to connect the charger to the coat. Obviously it wouldn't work because it was the wrong charger, but I felt like they were talking down to me and never sent authorization for the return. I have searched online now and have received a charger to use for much less money and they have not sent authorization for my return. I was considering another purchase, but not any more.

Very disappointed with Ororo customer service. We received heated socks for my wife size small which were way too big. They’re actually big for me and I wear a size 10 shoe. You can’t talk to a person when you call Ororo , only email correspondence. Turns out they have a no return policy. They waived that this time if I pay the shipping. Very poor for an inferior product. Tom W.

It was awesome the first two times I wore it but now the battery won’t charge. I’m still left with a great hooded vest but that’s not what I was hoping for when I purchased it.

My 3rd one to purchase. This jacket and gloves are a Christmas gift... My first one ordered for myself I exchanged for a larger size. The next 2 I ordered a size up. They fit snug. Keeps us warm at cold events.

We are already having sub zero temps and the heated vest is the crown favorite among first responders as we spend alot of time "in the weather". Nothing works better then wearing the vest under a sweatshirt or coat. The heat stays confined and makes life comfy warm.

The packaging was correct. But, the jacket inside the bag was the wrong size. And I know what your policy is for returns on clearance or open box items but you all have failed me this time.

Love, love, love the product. Perfect timing for the colder weather. Light and thin for perfect layering under my sweatjacket/hoodie or thicker winter jacket. If it's not too cold, vest works great just by itself.

I purchased a Ororo vest for myself and my chronically cold husband. We layer up in the Wisconsin winter and my vest will be a welcome addition to my arsenal for the morning dog walk, afternoon dog walk and evening dog walk, you get it when out in nature for Fraser's necessary constitutional and mine. I am hoping that the my husband will enjoy his vest during curling and his year round bicycling obsession. Thanks Ororo!

The fleece woman’s vests are nice. Only problem is that they no longer come with chargers. I’ve bought several items in the past and they all had chargers. These are gifts and now I’ve got to find chargers.

Ordered two heated vests. Needed to return the one I bought for my wife due to size/fit. Purchased a replacement of a different size which fit perfectly. The vests work perfectly and are extremely comfortable in our Michigan November weather. We especially like the neck warming feature. The quality of each vest is exceptional as well as our experience with customer service
