the pictures depicting the heating elements is not what is actually inside the jacket, the front chest area heating is not very good and nothing like what is shown in the heating element pictures

I had ordered the wrong size on an Amazon order. The vest was on a Christmas sale. I would have had to return and reorder at a higher price. Ororo exchanged directly. The representative was timely and polite. The exchange was seamless.

Buyer beware! Return policy prevents return of some brand new products. I bought slippers in a clearance color, they don't stay on. The heated socks are luke warm, bulky. I will not buy from them again..

O/A quality of the vest is good. However I'm not getting more than 2 hours out of a fully charged battery on the lowest heat setting. the vest came with your base battery. I know you sell larger ones ut I still think 2-2.5 hours from a fully charged battery is a little short.

The jacket I bought was well designed and made of good materials. Unfortunately, we had to return it because the sleeves were too short. so far Customer Service from Ororo has been a really good experience.

I really like the vest I purchased, but wish the battery charged more quickly and find the vest collar too high to be comfortable when zipped all the way up.

vest works great. But my batterie went bad only after about 10 uses. I reached out. They ask you to jump through a couple of hoops to get it warrantied. After taking pictures and attempting to download them they could not open up the pics. They agreed to have me send the batterie back and theyy would inspect it before sending a new one. All good as I know people try to game the system. After all that they found the batterie was faulty. only about 6 months old. The person who helped me was very nice. But she had to charge me $5.00 to ship me the replacment. I think When I spend $200 on a jacket and purchased an extra batterie at about $50. To nickel and dime for shipping on a faulty batterie during the warranty period. I thought was bad business. That $5 will probably prevent me for purchasing anything else from Ororo.

This coat wasn’t stuffed as thickly as I had hoped, but I love the length. I am 5’7” and it’s long enough to keep your upper legs warm but not so long that it impedes you sitting and walking. I also like that it has fabric with thumb holes around the sleeves to keep the cold and wind from affecting your arms, wrists, and hands so much.

Ororo customer service was great. My vest stopped working while under warranty and they (very) promptly replaced the vest. My only disappointment is that the batteries are only warranted for one year, and a failure there required me to purchase a new battery after less than 2 years of service. I would still go with Ororo were I to purchase another heated item of clothing. And I continue to recommend them to many friends.

As I mentioned in our previous correspondence, I received the same vest I had ordered as a gift from my daughter the day after my order arrived. I appreciate the fact that returning the duplicate vest was very easy and uncomplicated. I have not had a chance to wear my new vest since receiving it, but my wife received a similar vest from your company and loves it. She wears it indoors and cold days and regularly wears it too a granddaughter's hockey games.
