“Bought 2 extra batteries for my heated gloves. Came quickly. Were priced right. Charged up when I got them. One of the batteries took over 24 hours to reach full charge-the other was finished charging in 6 hours. Hopefully this is not a sign in issues with the long charging battery. Have not used them as the temp is in the 90's as I write this.”

“Love the heated puffy jacket idea. The jacket itself is sized big especially under the arms/breast area. I purchased my standard size medium. Heating elements work great. I’m 5’9” 150 lbs for reference.”

“This vest is great to use year round!! I bought this anticipating using it in the winter around the house when I get cold but surprisingly I was able to use it on cool summer nights and in my office when it's cold. It's just the right material to not be bulky and is a nice layering piece and is a good alternative to the winter vests which look funny when you wear them in the warmer months. This vest has 3 heat settings plus a turbo heat option which is quite nice and a feature that their normal winter vests don't have. The one downfall of this model is the connection to the battery pack, it's not the normal circle connection, it's a c-type that is positioned the wrong way so that it sits funny in your pocket. Buy Ororo - you can't go wrong. It has the best heating areas (especially the neck), nice vest options for everyday and winter and the battery lasts a long time.”

“This jacket will be a gift for my daughter for Christmas. It ran bigger than I thought so if it doesn't fit her will save it for a granddaughter. The jacket is very well constructed; the material is soft and comfy. I think it will be great to wear in the cold Minnesota weather.”

“I could live in this vest! Feels like a warm hug! Takes the chill right off of your body. I love the 4 zone heating-it heats around the neck, pockets chest and back. It is nice and soft and fits so well true to size whether open or zippered and has a quilted lining which is so soft and a textured knit on the outside. I love that this vest has in turbo mode to heat up quickly with the PD 5K battery. I will be wearing this quite a bit!”

“First time purchasing from this company. Bought it as was a first time trying merino wool garment and did not want to pay the higher prices of the competitors. AI recommended Ororo as a good alternative to the more well known pricey places. Bottom line - absolutely phenomenal!!! Very impressed!! Soft, no itch, lays well, looks great. Lots of compliments so far when wearing. Have convinced at least 3 others to buy from here and they are just as happy! Forget the other guys unless you just want to tell everyone you have one of “their shirts”. Ororo shirts - have 4 of them now, wear fantastic, maintain shape, have a bit of a relaxed fit that’s nice. Look great. Only thing I wish was different - put the logo name on the sleeve or not at all. While minimal, on the left front chest area takes a bit from it. Would look a little less sporty if the name were not up front. Other than that, for half the price of the “big guys” (and yes, I have since purchased from others to compare) you can’t beat Ororo. Buy from here. Forget the others. Do need a few more colors in the crew neck selection to go with the black and gray.”

“I was first introduced to this company in 2019 when a coworker showed me her heated jacket. Since then, I have purchased several vests, heated socks, gloves, mittens, and ponchos. All of which perform as expected and have exceeded expectations. In the rare case I did need to contact customer service, they were prompt and easy to work with. This is a much lighter version of the original heated vest, which means it will be perfect for layering under a jacket or sweatshirt. The fabric feels durable and will be good at repelling fur and hair, which is a must for those of us with fur babies and longer hair. I did have some dificulty locating the battery pocket as the INVISIBLE zipper is well hidden inside the LEFT pocket. I love the quick heat feature, as it allows a quick warm and then a drop to maintain the heat at your desired level. This feature is going to be amazing for cold nights on the sideline during football season!”
