great vest for when it's colder but a jacket is too restrictive

Love the coat. However, not the battery!!!! The battery is very heavy, very bulky and certainly does not last more than a few hours.

I bought a jacket for my wife and it arrived without a battery. It took almost three weeks to get a new one and that was after several calls. The $20 credit didn't help expedite things! They say the battery should last up to ten hours on medium - seems like it is about half that on a good day. Lastly, it would be ideal if the sleeves of the jacket were made of a windproof material. Maybe a vest would have been a better bet for the price!

Hi- I ordered a used coat off your website & I can see why it was returned. The one sleeve is deformed and makes the jacket nearly impossible to wear. Since it was used, there are no returns on it. What a waste of money.

The primaloft golf vest is too big. Since it is clearance, it cannot be returned. The frustrating part is that I emailed ororo twice, gave the exact size and model of the vest I already own, and asked for size recommendation. I recieved two AI generated responses (maybe a person could have done a better job) that clearly are both wrong. Now, I am stuck with this vest. I like the products, I also have gloves.

Ordered a replacement battery pack with charging cord. Everything went smoothly until the suggested sale I that I declined was also added and charged to me - however, I reached out to customer service and they were able to get the issue resolved and my account credited in a timely manner.

I bought my wife one of your winter jackets and the battery that came with it would not hold a charge. I sent back the battery and your people sent me a new one back within a week. It holds a long charge now. My wife is very happy 😊! Thank you!
