Very disappointed in integrity of Ororo Wear. I purchased a vest for my son to wear well doing his electrician apprenticeship only to find out. It was too large and unable to exchange for the appropriate size without even opening it. terrible way to do business.

I’ve been asked repeatedly to review this purchase even though the product has not arrived and no tracking has been provided after 15 days. This experience has been frustrating and raises concerns about the legitimacy of the order. I would not recommend purchasing until shipping and communication improve.

They are not headed. Says there are on the gloves and the bag they are kept in. Very unhappy

I ordered a vest and battery charger for a Christmas present. This was ordered on December 7th. It said it departed shipping facility on December 8th there haven’t been any updates in 11 days. I email customer service, two days later they say they will mail a new vest and battery pack. I ask for a tracking code, no response. So my experience with ororo has not been good. Oddly enough I went with ororo because it seemed nice quality and professional. Not the case

The battery life is about an hour and not the advertised 10hr. I called customer service and was told to leave a message. I have yet to get a return call.

I purchase 2 jackets. One men's and one women's jacket. The men's jacket was too small. I needed to exchannge it for a M size. I tried going through your exchange protocol and it would not allow me to submit my request to exchange. Not able to otherwise contact Ororo to communicate my simple request to exchange for a larger size. Terrible communications set up that almost appears designed to be unfriendly to custormers. I purchased 3 items already in this year alone. Very difficult to communicate with Ororo. rleong@wik.com

The jacket that I purchased doesn’t get warm enough at all and I reached out online to customer support for washing instructions because my item doesn’t have a zipper - only one snap on pocket to house the battery on the outside of the jacket and I am afraid to machine wash. No one ever responded to my question.

I bought my mother a pair of gloves for her birthday and the battery arrived broken (unable to be charged). They didn't allow a return, just told me about the 1 year warranty on the battery and said they would exchange the battery. It was embarrassing to give a gift that was defective out of the box, especially given the price. Customer service has been slow and ineffective. Will never buy from them again.

I never received my vest though Ororo says I did. Despite numerous phone calls and emails no one ever got in touch with me to try to figure it out and get me what I paid for. I sent ring videos showing I didn’t receive it, etc. worst experience with a company ever. Would never order anything again.

I ordered batteries, they were shipped UPS…. I have yet to receive them as they were shipped back. I don’t know why they were not delivered as deliveries are brought here daily…. But I would not use UPS to deliver anything!!!

Deplorable customer service. Uploaded photos of damages. Never heard anything. Wrote first review. Then finally heard from Cedric only to be ghosted once again. If your customer service is that busy it can't respond to customers in a timely manner, then chances are there are way too many complaints regarding shipping concerns or the product(s) are worthless!

I ordered a heated vest in mid November. A few weeks later I received an email that the package was lost and you no longer had the color I wanted in stock. A few days later I received notice that all was good and I’d be getting my original order. I even checked with the company and they said all was good. Now I find out they can’t send me the order and are out of all colors so my only choice was to order something else or get a refund. This was the first and will be the last time I deal with your company. Now, right before Christmas, I am going to have to find something else for my son.
