I returned this electric vest because the front elements did not work. Even the back elements did not emit enough heat to keep that area warm. Also, there should be an element at the small of the back.

Quite simply as I stated in the last survey Ororowear sent me, I have not received the product I paid for. I am not talking about an incorrect product, I have not received anything but surveys. As I have not received the item I paid for, and I have only received surveys instead of an updated status on where my product is, and the only acknowledgement from Ororowear that I have not received the product was a statement the the company understands how it can be confusing receiving a survey request before I receive what I paid for, my review is one star. Please note that this is the second item ordered by my family that has had delivery issues. I also suggest that your company does not send me any kind of message saying it does not have control of delivery.

Womens gloves are impossible to get on with the battery in. It takes 2 people to put them in and be able to use them. I ordered a medium and I have small hands. The vest , men’s gloves , and socks are all 5 star.

Barely any heat produced for Scarf, avoid these products. Gloves, never made a finger warm at all. No Support for warranty claim, check gloves the moment you get them, only have a 30 day warranty. brand new gloves pruchased in August, opened box in January brand new, no heat but light would turn on- company said low to little heat is normal and wouldnt admit my gloves were broken. was offered 20 bucks off to buy a new pair, no thank you.

Gloves looked great but i ordered the wrong size and company wouldn’t exchange for correct size. It was a “no return” item but I think an exchange would be in order. Anybody want a size small?

The size is off and with a no returns policy I was told I couldn’t exchange it for a smaller size that would fit. So I opened the package and tried to make do. I ultimately gave it away. After I opened it, I received an email saying “as a one time courtesy” I could exchange it if it was unopened. With that kind of customer service, I can find other brands to support.

Terrible customer service. I purchased socks, read the product description, and nowhere obvious did it state that they were non-refundable. I received them, they don't fit, and this comapny not only takes three business days to send me the same AI response again and again, but they will not allow me to return them and they're in perfect condition. Their return policy is very sneaky-- there are apparently many different products you can't return, but that do not state "final sale" or anything obvious when you buy. Screw this company. Awful.

I paid an additional $30 for delivery by Christmas eve and it wasn't even close. I love your gear, but am angry that your site claimed delivery, yet failed. This was a gift for my son - pretty sad!

The sizes are not what they claim to be. I purchased a vest for someone for a Christmas present with the Westminster logo and it was too large and now of course they don't have one to replace it with of any style. Huge disappointment so now I have an unusable $200 vest

I bought a pair of heated gloves for my son before we took a big ski trip out west. Unfortunately the batteries fid not work, so no heated gloves for trip. I contacted Ororo about the situation in hopes of getting replacement batteries. The sales rep asked me to send several videos of the batteries at different points during charge. Who has the time to do that? Just replace the batteries. What a waste of time and money. I work over time in healthcare and I am a full time single mom with 3 boys who just wanted to take her kids skiing over the holidays.
