Buyer beware! Return policy prevents return of some brand new products. I bought slippers in a clearance color, they don't stay on. The heated socks are luke warm, bulky. I will not buy from them again..

For the first time today I tried on the exchanged vest and was very disappointed that the size "large" is no bigger than the size medium I sent back. Your company was very rude and practically accused me of using the product prior to return and made what shoulld have been a simple gift exchange into an ordeal. Vest does seem like it would be warm if I could wear it comfortably.

My attempt to obtain the missing plug/wire connection piece to charge my vest was an unmitigated customer service failure! After no less than five phone and email conversations about the missing piece, Ororo sent me a new vest and nothing else. Why should this be so difficult? And this came after four inquiries from them as to whether I really wanted them to ship the missing piece! I am forced to use my wife’s charging cord to charge my vest, so we have one charging cord for two vests. I am really unhappy about this situation, and, at this point, have lost any confidence in Ororo to provide the charging cord that is supposed to come with the new vest. Ororo “Customer Service”, should you happen to read this, perhaps you might reach out to me to try to rectify this situation!!

Compared to other dog coats that I have, very poor quality. The coat ripped within 5mins. Ororo should look at improving the durability of the coat.

my first vest stopped heating within a few weeks. The button stopped clicking on. The company replaced the vest with a second vest. This new vest works meaning the button clicks on but the vest does NOT heat. I paid a lot for the vest and am very disappointed in the company.

Terrible shirt. Pics are misleading. This is basically a sheer tshirt. Totally see through. Since this is "Final Sale - No Refunds" I figured I would at least try to wear it for a home workout. After 1x wear it smelled awful afterwards (not typical of wool!!). Followed instructions to wash and now it has a chemical odor - just like a hair perm smell! Also, I'm 5'7, 125 (1in taller and 7lbs lighter than the model shown in small) and the small is SUPER clingy and much tighter than I expected from the pic. I also bought one in each color, so not just a "one off situation". I really wish this company would give me my money back. PLEASE NOTE this is the second review I've posted. The first one interestingly didn't make it to the review section of their website. Let's hope this one does and saves someone the trouble of purchasing this awful "wool" tshirt!

Jackets are comfortable at best. Zippers are garbage bought 5 jackets this year for the family and all 5 have either caught the inside and tore it or just completely broke off. Money is spent better elsewhere.

One battery quit working on the third use. I called customer service and was told that maybe it was the sock, not the batteries, and that I should assess again. It was not the socks because the sock worked fine with the working battery. Then the second battery quit working. The customer service staff person was pleasant, there was just no suggested resolution. Now I'm stuck with an expensive pair of socks that do not work.

Unfortunately, the heat pack that we ordered did not get warm. The battery was installed correctly. I am currently trying to contact customer service to assist with a return. If I get a good response I will note it in my review.

My jacket's battery did not charge. After an exchange of about 10 emails and photos, videos etc. I finally sent back the battery. Miind you, this was at the coldest season of the year. A new battery was sent, same thing!!!!!! We decided it was time to stop wasting time and return the vest/battery. They had the nerve to stipulate that I needed to return the charger, even though I did return it and did not get one back. i am very frustrated, I never got to fully use the jacket and have an very negative opinion on the absurd customer service dept. Shameful.....
