When I placed my order no where did it say it was a final sale. When the order arrived it said on the receipt it said final sale. Not that I would need to return it but in case it didn’t I wanted the option. When I ask they said sorry it a small system delay between the shipping and order confirmation, that it was a final sale. That isn’t my problem it’s yours!! Didn’t even offer to exchange if I needed. Never plan to order from your company again.

Very disappointed in the quality of product. Battery life way lower than advertised. Would like a refund or replacement.

The wire under the power button is sewn in crooked so it looks livery unflattering when worn. Does not feel like a $200 vest at all.

This jacket is nice but it’s a different style than my original one and doesn’t fit. It’s too small. I tried to return it but apparently because I purchased it from the outlet it cannot be returned. Very disappointing. I assumed your sizes were universal.

I gave this jacket to my wife as a gift. It worked out of the box with the charge that came with the battery. She was very happy with it. However the battery doesn’t recharge. She hasn’t been able to use it since the first time. She has contacted Ororo and has submitted all the required information but we have not received a replacement nor has she heard anything back. Ordinarily I would wait on my review but ororo sent me an email asking for my review so here it is.

These are comfortable, but have a very high base, much like a 1 inch platform. I purchased two pairs for use in the yard, but tripped over my feet for a while, until I got used to them. Overall, they are great for the price.

Ordered a vest for a 150 dolllars it’s a heated vest and it didn’t even come with the batteries and charger very poor way of selling a heated vest

The battery only lasted a few minutes after a full charge when we received it. I contacted customer service to return it and was told no returns. I was charged shipping fees to return the defective battery and received a replacement. I don’t think a customer should be charged shipping on your defective product.

The size is much smaller than what they claim which makes the planned use very hard. I couldn't use my military discount it the other discounts that I received.

I was recommened the Ororo vest by a co-worker. I ordered the top of the line vest with numerous heating sections. The fit was nice but I had an issue. It seemed like the back heated quicker and hotter than the rest of the vest. The vest didn't meet my needs. I need a full jacket to keep me warm not just a vest.

Customer service has been very poor from the very get-go. I have not got to utilize my heated vest due to the inconsistency in the customer service rep ability to correct my issue. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
