I so wanted these to be great. Two major problems: 1. The battery is big and feels clunky when you are skiing. 2. They kept my fingers warmer than without heat but ONLY on the highest setting and the highest setting runs the battery out by lunch time. So on a cold Vermont January skiing? Nope. Total disappointment. I bought some cheap Kinco mittens with liners and I am better off.

Purchased a pair of neon heated gloves for traffic direction in the cold months. The opening at the wrist/forearm is too small and not pliable to fit over a winter jacket. It is also too bulky/cumbersome to put under the jacket due to the size and location of the battery pack. Only used twice until I decided I like blood flow to my fingers. Disappointing because they could have really been a game changer Battery pack needs to be on the back of the hand, not on the wrist. Disappointed with my purchase

I get returned gloves because they don’t work. Not I get an email every other day asking for a review. This is the 3rd negative review I have done.

I like the fact that it heats up because I work in a cold environment. But, having issues with the zipper constantly not lining up and coming apart and splitting open on the bottom. This would cause me not to repurchase this product.

I ordered a classic heated vest from the open box section of the website. It did not work on arrival, even with the use of several different (verified with others' vests) working batteries. Fail.

I'd love to give this company a good review. However I am struggling with their customer service. I recieved the first vest but it was too large so I exchanged it. The exchange took almost two weeks. That's ok but the new one they sent me the battery doesn't work. It won't charge. Customer service has demanded that I send them a video of me trying to charge it. Come on how hard is it to plug a battery into a usb charger? So after three nights of charging using different cables and plugs I sent a video. Their response was to please take another video and use the cord provided (I had used the original cord when first attempting to charge the battery). I am now two weeks in to a vest I can't use and still no help from customer service. You would think buying a $200 vest it would at least work.

My recent purchase replaced a vest that was one month out of warranty. The button switch stopped working, and all Ororo offered was $20 off of a new vest. I was not at all happy to be purchasing a new vest for $100. In addition, of course the old vest failed on the coldest day of the year.

Love the apparel, not the service! I suspect your relying on AI too much versus personal communication is the primary culprit. My story goes back last year or longer when I received heated vest. I bragged on it so much that this Christmas I was gifted with the full heated jacket and 2 other family members also received similar clothing gifts from your company. With 2 separate e mails I tried to clarify my issues. The first had to do with you no longer supplying a wall plug for the battery recharging. That was solved after a few e mail exchanges by you sending me a wall plug. Thank you. However, the second issue being that one of the 2 batteries that came with the jacket did not work and needed to be replaced. It would not charge at all, I even used the new wall plug you supplied to no avail. I did try to contact you by e mail and requested a personal customer call, unfortunately I received no further response until this review request. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The zipper pull on the vest I purchased recently broke off within 2 days. I contacted customer support and was offered a small refund if I had the repair done locally by my custom tailor. I accepted the offer and was able get the repair done. When I altered customer support that repair was completed I inquired about further assistance under the 90 warranty period should anything else concerning the vest needed to be repaired. I was told figuratively that I had one " bite at the apple" and the vest was no longer covered under the warranty. This was followed by a number of emails in which I said that this answer made no sense. Customer support responded to all of my emails with a stock answer " we are very sorry for your inconvenience but nothing further could be done and that if I needed further assistance please contact us" Had I known that further repairs would not be covered I would have shipped the vest back to ororowear requesting a full refund. But now that I have read other customer reviews apparently favorable customer service is not a high priority to the company.

I purchased a heated vest from Ororo. It doesn't heat at all. I was looking forward to it, but was greatly disappointed. I attend dog shows every weekend and the buildings are always very cold. After talking with so many of my friends that have one, I decided I would get one also.

I returned this electric vest because the front elements did not work. Even the back elements did not emit enough heat to keep that area warm. Also, there should be an element at the small of the back.

Quite simply as I stated in the last survey Ororowear sent me, I have not received the product I paid for. I am not talking about an incorrect product, I have not received anything but surveys. As I have not received the item I paid for, and I have only received surveys instead of an updated status on where my product is, and the only acknowledgement from Ororowear that I have not received the product was a statement the the company understands how it can be confusing receiving a survey request before I receive what I paid for, my review is one star. Please note that this is the second item ordered by my family that has had delivery issues. I also suggest that your company does not send me any kind of message saying it does not have control of delivery.
