The heated hand warmer (muff style) was not hot enough for my son, who works outdoors a lot in Boston during the winter months. Had to return.

The jackets warm, but that battery provided only last an hour on its lowest setting. Terribly disappointing as a gift for my infinitely cold wife.

I bought it as a gift and it had not been opened yet so the perfomrance of the jacket is unknown.

I love the coat but it’s a little snug and you cannot return them so I will be giving it to my daughter. I’ll have to order one for myself based on the size chart I chose the small and the medium would be better for me. Use your best judgment.

Still awaiting my refund from a previous order. I couldn’t help but notice my cost is 50 dollars or so higher than the returned purchase, which I am still awaiting a refund for one week later.

I received a defective jacket, I fully charged the battery, still will not power on. The red light comes on for a split second after holding the power button down. No heat at all..I kept the jacket on for 15 minutes just to see was it boosting up. No luck.

I am waiting for a return label to ship back one of the vests. It was too large for me. I will review the other purchases when I can complete my transaction with this company Returning seems complicated.

Love the warmth and battery life of my ororo vest, going 3 out of 5 since 2 of the 5 have worked great workout uncovered defects. Two buttons quit working and one zipper end fell off on its second wearing. The other two are amazing though!

I can’t review it because it’s a Christmas present for my son. He has cancer and gets cold because of his medications. He spends a lot of time at the hockey rink with his son! They ski also.

It’s very difficult to get the heating element to turn on doesn’t seem that the quality between the cord and the battery are manufactured very well. It’s hit or miss if the heating element will even turn on. For the price of your items I would’ve expected a better quality. I should return it because sometimes I don’t turn on at all.

Vest works well, but ordered a men's large and received a women's large instead. Luckily it fits my husband but the zipper is backwards.

Products work but customer service is awful. They forgot to send me the charging block for my jacket and say you need to use a specific one not to destroy the battery pack. I’ve reached out via their Google form, phone number, and email and no one’s gotten back to me after a week.

Order was shipped with out batteries and charger. Jacket was a birthday gift for my wife she yet to wear the jacket. Batteries and charger supose to arrive today.

For it being a down a jacket it isn’t very warm at all. Then it stays on high a lot longer then any of my other jackets n vest do which makes the battery die quicker.

Jacket is good condition however disappointing it didn’t come with a battery. Also the battery takes forever to charge and doesn’t even last me a day of on Off usage. I may try a different brand for gloves
