Received my heated jacket liner, and had to return it due to a quality control issue. Still waiting for the replacement to be shipped. Haven’t received any communications since printing the return shipping label.

Battery takes a long time to charge and doesn’t hold a charge very long.

Really love the vest, but the band on the bottom is too tight while the rest of the vest is perfect. And if I go up a size, the waist puckers out because it’s too big. From other reviews, I see I’m not the only one to say this.

The product arrived in a timely manner but was too big. Unfortunately I left on vacation the following day and was not able to deal with the issue. I will be back on the 18th and am hoping the return process is easy

I bought an "open box" mens 3XL jacket and battery. My only issue us the sizing is on the smaller side. It fits, but just barely. Th battery charged quickly. Unfortunately, out VT weather has been in the 70's and 80's since my jacket arrived so haven't got to test the heating element.

Purchased 2 pairs of heated gloves. One pair for my wife and I. One pair fit perfectly, the other I could hardly pull on despite suggesting a loose fit per the sizing chart. Pair was returned for exchange. Still waiting for return shipment.

I was hoping to feel like I had a heated blanket wrapped around me with this jacket but I was very disappointed. At best, the jacket gets luke warm on either the chest or the back, not at the same time though. Even on the highest setting with a fully charged battery pack it’s only a very luke warm feeling. Honestly, it’s not worth the money as I’m sure there’s better working jackets on the market.

Happy with the fit and look, and with the warming capacity in the back of the vest. But the heating element in the pockets/lower vest front doesn't get warm enough, and I was really looking forward to not having cold hands be an issue any more. Even on the high setting, my fingers are chilly. :-(

Ordered revised quilted vest. It was a great price but I guess you get what you pay for. I've had these vests for years and they STR the best usually. The one I received was so thin and flimsy and hardly heats up at all. So not gonna order from the outlet again. I hope the others at reboot ice are not that flimsy and heat up great like all my other ones.
