“Website is a horror show on a tablet or phone. Can’t log in thanks to the opt out box, which you can’t see on either, so you can’t get rid of. Switch to a laptop and finally able to enter credentials just to have that ridiculous shop.com pop trying to get you to use their site. It shows up again when checking out even if rejected it at login. Exchange policy too strict with outlet purchases. If you’re going to be that strict, your sizing guide needs to be accurate.”

“I love quarter zips but sadly this is a very stiff uncomfortable coat. I appreciate the amount of wires for warmth but it causes the fabric to bunch up in places and is not flattering. The color is also very off as it is more of a brown than an army green or forest green. I have not yet plugged it in to see how/if it works but first impressions I am very disappointed.”

“I'm 5'1"-115lbs. Ordered small based on chart - fits over light tops, but is tight over a sweater: arm holes are huge, neck is tight (need to wear it somewhat open to feel comfortable, and it bunches at the bottom when sitting).. Not cold enough to wear yet, but seemed fine during testing indoors. Wish the heating button turned off - seems very bright and would be intrusive at indoor AC restaurants, movies, etc.”

“Love the heated puffy jacket idea. The jacket itself is sized big especially under the arms/breast area. I purchased my standard size medium. Heating elements work great. I’m 5’9” 150 lbs for reference.”

“I have an Ororo fleece and two vests that I love. I thought this raincoat would allow me to be both warm and dry, but it's just OK. I would give it a five for staying dry. We went to an outdoor concert in the pouring rain for 3 hrs and it was truly one hundred percent waterproof. It's not very warm though even at full power. I like that it is a lighter weight and hoped it could be an everyday raincoat that could also be warm if needed. The fit is quite large even with the waist cinched in an I'm not sure if that is why it just doesn't hold in the warmth even with the heating element on full. I love Ororo products but hope maybe they can come up with a better lightweight raincoat with just a touch more insulation or better heating elements in the future.”

“The vest works great, but the sizing is off. I wear an XL size for every jacket, sweater, vest, and shirt I own, but my Ororo XL vest is way to big. Friends, please correct this and use industry standard sizing.”

“i purchased the vest because it had heated pockets. I have Reynaud's syndrome, so my hands get cold and numb easliy. But the pockets were only heated on one side, the side closest to the body. I had assumed that the full pocket was heated, but it is not.”

“O/A quality of the vest is good. However I'm not getting more than 2 hours out of a fully charged battery on the lowest heat setting. the vest came with your base battery. I know you sell larger ones ut I still think 2-2.5 hours from a fully charged battery is a little short.”

“I was really excited about this vest, which made the disappointment hit harder. I ordered my usual size and it ran way too big to wear. I'd purchased it as an open-box sale item, so exchanging it wasn't an option — I ended up giving it away. Lesson learned to check the return policy before buying sale items! The concept is great and I still want a heated vest, but I'll likely try a different brand next time. If you order, definitely size down.”

“I don’t like this vest as much as the polyester one. This one doesn’t have much of a stretch like the polyester and the pockets do not zip up. It doesn’t keep you as warm either. It works for what I want for now. I do however like that it’s a bit slimmer and my jacket fits over it better. I wear a jacket over my vest and the polyester one it was a little snug.”

“On my 3rd battery and vest was a Christmas gift 4 months ago. This battery seems to be taking a charge. It is a bit heavy and does not last 4hours. We live in Florida and my husband mainly wears it at home or out to dinner. No real cold weather. I will give the Customer Service department 5 stars. They were great!”
