I was not happy to receive a Womens large instead of a Men's large and the crocs were not even close to a size 8. They were also short on my daughter who wears a 7

I purchased a closeout heated vest. I changed the color and inadvertently changed the size. My wife is a medium and not an XL. Since returns on closeouts are not possible, we are stuck with a vest that does not fit anyone. My fault for not double checking the order but I wasted money.

Batteries are archaic. They are heavy, do not last long, and take 6-8 hours to recharge. Oddly, when I go to recharge them I have to try multiple outlets before landing on one that works. One day they work in a certain outlet, then the next day they don't work in that outlet, then another day they do work in that outlet. I don't have this problem recharging any of my other devices. All of these problems apply to the batteries for both my gloves and zip-up.

I have 3 ororo pieces, and I love them, when they work! The battery life is not what is advertised! They say 10 hours, NOT EVEN CLOSE! Maybe 1.5-2! I also bought the water resistant gloves, 2XL and they aren’t very big, and in fact most of their stuff runs a tad bit smaller than I’m used to, but it’s fine. All in all, when they work, they are FANTASTIC, but the batteries aren’t very good and don’t perform as advertised!

Runs very small, heavy battery - not like winter jackets- wish I could return but I cut the tag early on. I love winter jackets- this fleece was a disappointment.

True to size. Liner doesn’t close well; Velcro closure can be challenging to approximate when closing. If the closure was a zipper or buttons the liner would be excellent.

I purchased a bunch of items to get through the eastern shore waterfowl season. I ordered: Men’s small gloves, socks, heated cushion, and the hand warmer. I’m a woman who wears women’s large gloves. The men’s small are way too tight. The design of having the battery pack on your wrist is not a great location. The batteries are bulky and you feel the pressure on your wrists. Because of the location of the batteries it’s also really difficult to get your hands in and out of the gloves. I should have returned the gloves and gotten a larger size, and I wonder what the feel would be like then. The seat cushions were nice to have although my vehicles provide better warmth than the cushions. I wish they were hotter. There must be a setting that turns it off after so long also so it was hard to tell it was really working. The socks also have batteries that are much pokier compared to other brands. Because they are so bulky, you better make sure that your legs fit into your boots. I was wearing knee-high boots, and having bulky batteries was uncomfortable. I believe the socks may be made out of Marino wool however, in 10° weather, my feet were still cold. I ended up using ducks Unlimited wool socks on top of the electric socks. That worked well, but I also used my husband’s boots in order to fit that much sock inside. The hand warmer satchel was my favorite product. Having to have my hands in and out for water fowl was the best product. Initially I felt it also wasn’t warm enough but overall it worked great and the battery life was good. The sock battery life is also pretty decent. Otherwise, every single piece has its own battery, which is annoying, remembering which battery goes to which piece of equipment. They of course made every battery slightly different so you could not use Them interchangeably which stinks. Obviously a way to may more money but annoying for the customers. I gave only three stars, as I think there is still quite a bit of improvement that can be done here and I wanted to leave a review that would be helpful.

I ordered Kyoto Women's colorprint heated lightweight gloves for my wife for Christmas. The ordering process went very smooth & the product arrived on time. Upon my wife opening the gloves xmas day, she charged the battery and attempted to insert the battery pack into the gloves, however, the battery pack did not fit into the pouch on the gloves. We tried everything, did some additional research to determine this was a common problem, and despit wanting to keep them, she decided we'd return them. The return process also went smoothly. I have other ororo products that I use for hunting that I am pleased with, which is why I chose to order the gloves there as well. Unfortunately, it didn't work out this time.

I am not as happy with my jacket as I am with vest.It doesnt seem to warm me enough like the vest does.

As much as I love my coat & vest, I would never order from the sale/outlet again. I clicked on an item & was sent a different jacket. The return option would have cost me more than ordering the fleece jacket at full price. So I moved on to Weston.

My Ororo vest overall is ok. Material seems to be good good quality. Battery doesn’t last as advertised. I compared to a Temu heated product I purchased, I feel priced to high for product.

These seem to be built ok but for me they only get the backs of my hands kind of warm and my fingers still get cold. Good news is my ororo heated vest still works great.

I have had your vest for two years love it on most days I am wearing it even under heavy coats I use it as a base layer. I ordered a set of gloves hoping for the same result. Not so much they do not keep my fingers warm and I am not sure I am a fan. I am a responder who is out in the cold more than I like to be. The thought was this product would work as well as the vest not so much.

I really wanted to love this heated vest, and overall it’s a very useful and impressively warm piece. The vest itself is slim, well-fitting, comfortable, and does an excellent job keeping me warm, especially outdoors in colder conditions. That said, there are two notable downsides that brought my rating to three stars. The battery pack is quite large and bulky, which takes away from the otherwise sleek design. Additionally, the heat control seems to have a technical issue on my vest—when I set it to red (the hottest setting), it automatically drops down to white, so I have to keep pressing the button to get it back to red. This makes me think my particular model may have a defect with the heat level settings unless this is built in for some reason to prevent If these issues were resolved, this vest would easily be a top-tier product. (I bought one for my mom and she loves it)

I have had 3 other vest when you first started an they were great, this new one is not the same, does not get as warm as the old ones. Always told people how good they are but now not so sure.
