I have a pair of heated pants and a heated hoodie. The pants work well, but the seams are very low quality. They are already coming apart in several places aft about 3 months of use. The hoodie seems more durable, but I wish the heating zones were spread out a little more.

I love the jacket that I have. It’s great for the cold months and trying to stay warm. Howver, the button has a mind of its own and it switches to the different legels of heat or will shut off on its own.

The gloves heat my palms well, but not my fingers. They are 2xl but I can barely fit into them. They are not what I expected. I gave them to my son to wear. Went back to my previous heated gloves.

The vests themselves are delightful. The batteries, however, are not. One brand new battery I received needed 24 hours to charge the first time and lasted less than 3 hours. The vests are so nice for warming my core on cold days, inside or outside. But the batteries have been a huge disappointment.

The hoody is a great fit (child XL) - also own 3 adult sizes. However, the heating in the child's jacket does not seem as warm as the adult. I frequently check the battery and/or the front coils to see if they are working. Odd, as I often shut off the adult when it feels TOO warm!

The USB C plug goes into your battery and comes out sideways causing it to stick out to the side. Bad design. It should go down the battery top so you don’t feel it sticking out. Uncomfortable feel to say the least. Also if the battery is left plugged in it is drained over a short time. It has happened multiple time. Do you need to unplug the battery each time you use it? My vest is a new style. Maybe it is something you are unaware of. I would not purchase another one of these. Sorry. Not a great product.

I was very excited about the new jacket and backed it on kickstarter. It just doesn't heat as much as my vests. Wish it was warmer.

Good vest for Heat, but very inconsistent and not thought through as far as features ., I’ve had three, and also trying to get one to fit, they are very baggy in the waist area, which makes them look ridiculous on. The pockets, some have nice deep pockets, some have very short pockets that you contents will drop out if you don’t zip it. Why would you not put nice inside pockets on most of these, especially the most expensive ones? There’s nowhere to put a wallet or sunglasses or phone.. I finally found a sick zone that has a little chest vest pocket on the outside., but it is so shallow and small it will just barely let a pair of sunglasses go in Your website needs lots of work, very hard to narrow down to things you like, and you’re sizing chart I guess works, but they sure don’t fit me and I’m not fat and I’m not skinny

Both products that I received were final sale, and unable to be exchanged for a different size/product. Both were subpar fit in my opinion and likely I will not use them. I dislike the policy of final sale and although I love my other Ororo products, I will hesitate to ever buy a sale item again from this company.

The replacment battery I ordered for my Amsterdam Gloves works OK but is too expensive. But, it was hard to find it amongst multiple options on website and it is too expensive. And, now I need to bite the bullet and order another as the older one ony charges ~ 2 lights.

I purchased the medium glove and it for well for a small person at 5ft tall. But the battery pack is huge and on the wrist which made it really healed to bend my hand, they should have put it on the back of the hand if possible. Otherwise it worked for 5 hours or so on high til they died. I would probably get the mittens if I was able to return them, I didn’t realized I purchased and open box item which was not refundable or exchangeable.

Ordered new batteries for my heated gloves (Buffalo). The battery connector did not fit the gloves. I was told I have and older model and there are no availble battery replacements. They did offer new gloves with a 15% discount. i found replacement batteries on another site for around $30..

It looks nice and worked well the first time, but after charging it only warmed for an hour, shut off mid hockey game. I'll try again and hope for better results.

I like the product, the battery pack was defective and replaced under warranty, the service representative was very professional but your process is non customer friendly and cumbersome. The representative requested pictures and video to confirm the defect issue, multiple email messages, and then a return of the festive battery. This was your issue, satisfy your customer as soon as possible and add a follow up 20% opps coupon for a future purchase. Time consuming, not customer friendly, and a lot of time and make work ( expensive, non value added ) for your company.

A little bumpy. Ordered a jacket. Received it very quickly. Two of the four heating panels were not working so I requested an exchange. My original order was for a 2XL tall. They sent me a 2XL. The 2XL tall was definitely more comfortable, but I did not want to do another return so I just kept the regular 2XL.

I was disappointed in tha it said I had a free credit for shipping and at checkout it charged me $9.99 for shipping. That is free shipping to me. I truly wouldn’t probably order it if I had to shipping on it. It was to late when I noticed it.

I like this vest but wish there had been better explanation about the fit. I got the fleece vest thinking I could wear it over one or two layers and/or under a jacket. I am 5' 3", weigh 115 lbs and usually wear a small. In this vest, if I only wear 1 item under it, it still puckers out at the bust/armpit and is snug at the waist. I had already taken the tags off so unable to exchange for a medium but I think that might have been too big.

I was not happy to receive a Womens large instead of a Men's large and the crocs were not even close to a size 8. They were also short on my daughter who wears a 7

I purchased a closeout heated vest. I changed the color and inadvertently changed the size. My wife is a medium and not an XL. Since returns on closeouts are not possible, we are stuck with a vest that does not fit anyone. My fault for not double checking the order but I wasted money.
