“This is my second vest! My first one was black and I have a jacket as well but I use my vest non stop in the winter. And I have always wanted the gray one!! I always recommend Ororo to everyone I know! And everyone commments on how they love my vest at the races!”

“I received both vests, 1 for my husband, and 1 for me in just a few days. The material looks to be of excellent quality. Since we're in California, we haven't needed to use them yet, so I cannot comment on how warm they are or how the heating elements work. I will post an updated review at that time. I must say that their customer service is incredible!! I tried to change the size of my husband's vest shortly after I placed the order but was unable to. I sent a message to customer service informing them of the change. No reply. When I got the order confirmation email, I replied, asking again about changing the size. This time I received an email from Shera, saying, "We’re sorry that we didn’t receive your previous email regarding the size change. You may want to check whether the email was successfully sent or sent to a different email address. Unfortunately, your package has already been shipped, so we’re unable to change the size." She said that if it didn't fit to notify them for an exchange or return. There was another issue where when they did arrive. I wanted one like my husband's, as mine was like a nylon material and my husband's was more a stretchy polyester shell and lining. Shera was SO responsive to my emails, sometimes we emailed a couple of times a day and she and I would make suggestions on ways to remedy the situation. Again, she was absolutely wonderful!! It was refreshing to deal with a company with such awesome customer service! It's extremely hard to find that quality in a company these days. Thank you, Shera, for all of your help! The rest of the story; my husband's vest fits perfectly so there was no need to return it after all. I highly recommend this company and will purchase from them again.”

“Very pleased with the quality of the jackets we ordered. They arrived ahead of schedule and are of high quality. I used the size guides to determine what size to order and am quite pleased with the fit. I can't wait for the family to put these coats and jackets to good use on our upcoming Yellowstone vacation! This was my first time to select items from the Outlet. I plan to look there for future needs!”

“I love my heated sweatshirt, camo pants. I have been wearing them for 2 days moving cattle. They are an absolute excellent product. My husband has been wearing the coat every day. This is the 3rd coat he has gotten. The only problem with the coat is the zipper pocket where you can carry a cellphone has too much material and it gets caught in the zipper. That is the only fault with all the coats from Ororo that we own which are 6 or 7.”

“I can't review the the fleece vest and jacket yet as I haven't worn them yet. I can vouch fot customer service. I communicated with them through email, Irene in customer service answered promptly and was ablw to resolve the issue. It was very easy,it made me feel confident min buying through the website again. The vest and the jacket are of good quality material. I ordered large in both (I wear normally large). The jacket fits right, the vest is a little tight but still fits. I can't review the battery life yet or how warm it is. I'll follow when I get back from Norway.”

“Arrived quickly. I tested my gloves, and at first I thought there was an issue with one of the batteries. I contacted Ororo and they sent some troubleshooting tips, which worked. Both gloves charge and heat properly. Love them! They are bulky, but I can still effectively tap on my phone with the tech-friendly finger tip if needed. I'm certain they will keep my hands warm while I stroll the Christmas markets in Prague and Vienna in a couple of months :)”

“Unfortunately I never received the shoes I ordered. It was all my fault. When I placed the order I was in a hurry and did not verify my home address. You have my old address, which I have now corrected on your website. They looked like such comfortable shoes. :(”

“We love ororo gear. This is my 3rd purchase of the heated fleece vest. It is perfect for layering under anything when it gets cold. We are a sports family and it’s a great way to stay warm. My only disappointment this time, is that my vest no longer came with a storage bag. I use the storage bag in the off season to keep my battery and charger together w my gear. So I was a bit bummed about that.”

“Hi I have many items from ororo I walk dogs 365 days a year not only my own dogs but I have a dog walking busness so I am outside several hrs a day I wear ororo from fall thru late spring this is a great company this year I bought two peices a light layering jacke that I can ware spring and fall on its own also as a layering jacket in the winter I also bought the heated sling for the same reasons I haven't used them yet as it is 100* f during the day in Kansas so I will get back with you on how I like them.”
