“I love this product! Strongly suggest buying at least one spare battery so you can swap them out and keep the vest heating!”

“I would recommend this vest however, I would like it to get hotter. It'll keep you toasty if it's 55 degrees out. It works best if you have just a t-shirt under it. I would like it better if I could significantly feel the heat while wearing a t-shirt and an overshirt/hoodie/sweater underneath the vest. The back heat works the best. The collar heat is very comfortable but underwhelming. The pocket heat barely works at all. You can feel it but it will not warm your hands. Well constructed, battery is fine but overall heat is so, so. Still glad I own it.”

“Selections, order and delivery were great and I'm looking forward to wearing my new heated jacket. Just an FYI that I'm finding return processing is longer than expected. It's been 5 business days since Ororo received my return but I've not received an acknowledgment or refund yet.”

“I am very happy with the Calgary heated gloves. My feet and toes are always freezing when I ski, so I was anxious to try a pair of heated gloves and socks this ski season. Without turning on the heating element, these gloves are about as warm as any pair of ski gloves I've ever owned. With the heater turned on, they really helped keep my fingers warmer. To be honest, they don't keep my fingers as toasty as I was hoping they would, but they certainly helped. Over several days of skiing, I learned that I was most comfortable when I cycled the heating element on and off, which also helps the battery last longer. Also, it helped to turn the gloves on shortly before wearing so they would be warm when I put them on. The drawback to the gloves are that they can become moist inside and since the liner is not removable, it takes some time to dry out. Also, there were a few times when the gloves turned on without my knowledge. It wasn't a big problem but with limited battery life you could run out of charge unexpectedly. I cannot recommend the socks. They are so thick that I couldn't put on my ski boot. I tried to wear them in my street boots when I went out in the evening, but again, because they were so thick, I could barely get me boot on. Walking was very uncomfortable, so they are relegated to only being worn at home. On the plus side, that gives me two extra batteries to use with the gloves since the batteries are interchangeable. The batteries fit in my jacket pocket so I can carry them with me easily and I don't need the optional charger.”

“The gloves work well, but the sizing is off. The sizing guide recommonded a Small but I should have ordered a Medium, as the gloves are tight and hard to put on. Otherwise, the gloves heat up nicely and battery life is good”

“So I splurged this winter purchasing the Soho Down Parka style jacket in black. And for the most part, I do love it. This is my second Ororo, and the heating elements are on point. The size, fit and some styling may turn off some folks. If I has been able to try this on first, I may have selected a different style. I purchased a large. And in most clothing, I am in between a medium/large size. So I expected this to fit with a bit of looseness. If you have any kind of shoulder girth to you as a woman, you will want to go the next size up. I adore thumbholes in clothes in general, especially with purpose. But if you have longer arms or bigger hands, or wear the jacket and move around sitting up and down, the material will cut into your hand. I find myself constantly pulling the sleeve out to give some slack to that. It's cute, and it's ok, but there should be more material in this feature. And finally the location of the battery pack is horrible. It's really the worst. It hits right on the hipbone. I'm 5'6" tall, and it sits right above my left hip. If you're shorter, its going to be right next to your hip. And driving with this on and having a seatbelt on..well, it gets cumbersome. I really wish there was a better place to put the battery pack. The vest I previously bought held the battery back a bit lower on the left side and it just didn't seem that bad. So if those things were different I'd give this a 5. I do love it overall. It looks great on, it feels great on, the heat is fantastic... for $300+ dollars, the details need to be looked at and improved.”

“Gloves fit well and operation was straight forward. I purchased the mittens because my pinky finger and thumbs were not maintaining heat in my traditional mittens. The heated gloves were much better in the main finger area be still lacked enough heating to keep the extremities warm.”

“The leather Boise gloves are made beautify. However the sizing is very small and the sizing chart on the website is off by two sizes for me. I normally wear size small gloves. Using the chart size medium should have been more than large enough. After a month long effort I finally was able to exchange the medium size gloves for size large. The large gloves are barely large enough for my size small hands. Great product - terrible sizing chart.”

“I bought the jacket for my wife as she’s always cold. She’s afraid to wear it because she is afraid it will burn her skin. I can say that the jacket is very well made. Ordered a bigger size as it does run on the smaller side. That was it in a review.”

“Very good quality. Heating elements do the job advertised. I wear my jacket for golf. The small battery doesn't last 18 holes which is typically 4 hours. I purchased an additional battery. Problem solved.”
