“The jacket I bought was well designed and made of good materials. Unfortunately, we had to return it because the sleeves were too short. so far Customer Service from Ororo has been a really good experience.”

“This coat wasn’t stuffed as thickly as I had hoped, but I love the length. I am 5’7” and it’s long enough to keep your upper legs warm but not so long that it impedes you sitting and walking. I also like that it has fabric with thumb holes around the sleeves to keep the cold and wind from affecting your arms, wrists, and hands so much.”

“The vest is warm. The problem with the “pocket”where the battery goes the fabric is so thin it ripped from the battery I lined the pocket with thicker fabric to withstand the friction from the battery. The vest is used everyday during the long winter days in upstate NY”

“Love the material and that the battery sits more on the hip than in front. The vest is a little large when work with a long sleeve t-shirt but will be fine if I wear it with a hoodie.”

“I've enjoyed using these gloves on my winter morning drive to work. I work in healthcare and have to really pay attention not to let my hands get cold before work. The Ororo gloves help. The batteries don't last as long as I would like, max about an hour at the moderate setting, but it's not a big deal because they are easy to charge and are ready again for the morning.”

“I got the heated vest for my elderly mother, and she really likes it. The only downside is that the battery life is only about 4-5 hours. After confirming she was happy with the vest, I bought a back up battery. She is covered for most of the day now.”

“I love my heated vest so much. I have tried a few versions, and while I ultimately decided on the fleece version for comfort (the other products make way too much swishy noise), the fleece does not provide as much acute heat as the other products do. I have had a few issues with the battery pack supplied with the jacket, however I also bought a secondary one which works much better. The battery takes much longer to charge than the pack actually lasts (at high heat), so I recommend having multiple batteries for long term/all day use. I recommend to anyone with chronic pain or an autoimmune condition.”

“The vests are very nice, although some of the batteries (which are pricey) fail shortly after warranty end. The short sleeve wool under-layer shirts for "women" are not cut for women but seem to be re-sized men's shirts. Armscye shape is wrong; folds & puckers instead of shaped for bust. But the fabric is lovely, they are warm, colors hold fast, and they're thin enough that puckers & folds don't cause weird lumps under other clothes.”

“This is about the fleece jacket. I really like it. The jacket is warm and comfortable. One big problem is the fabric the jacket is made of gets pilly. I have not seen a fleece jacket/sweater pill with so little wears”

“It worked rather well and extremely cold weather, but wasn’t quite as warm as I thought it would be. I felt the warmth going up on the chairlift more than I did when standing in the lobby. Next year, I will use it even more thank you.”
