The heated gloves are no where near warm enough to be used for skiing when temperatures are below 20 degrees F. The heating elements work but there is not enough insulation to keep my hands warm. Also the sizing runs very small. On the positive side my heated vest is Excellent

I was disappointed in the mittens not warming my hands enough and the battery runs out fast. They help but not nearly enough for the price I paid for them. Overall disappointing

The zippered pocket broke after a few times wearing the jacket and customer service never responded to my many inquiries very disappointed me and mine won't be returning customers

I received my heated vest and the battery was faulty.i called customer service and they didn’t help me one bit. I had to order a new battery and it cost me $70 through Amazon. Not happy at all about this.

I cannot get the heated parka zipped up. I’ve had people help me and they still can’t get it zipped up. So I don’t wear it much. I liked the heated vest, but not the parka

Ororo charges for return shipping if they send a defective product. This should be free as part of the warranty.

I have to say I was very disappointed with the heated gloves. Everything seemed to work as it was supposed to but on my first winter bike ride my thumbs got numb from the cold. The backs of my hands were okay and even my fingers stayed mostly comfortable but the thumbs were just freezing. I am not sure if I got a defective pair or if they just don't have heat in the thumbs but I thought from the marketing materilas they were supposed to have heat there.

I ordered a medium zip up sweatshirt. I am 5'10". The sweatshirt fit me well around my torso, but the arms were too short by several inches. I don't want to size up to a large, b/c then the torso part would be too baggy, and it would not feel warm against my body. Bummer. Maybe if you're tall, consider just getting a vest or something without sleeves.

The return process is a pain. It’s not worth the trouble so looking for alternative of heated clothing.

Well the socks are good. Customer Service not so much. I ordered the socks and used the size chart. The socks were way too big and they are not returnable! This should be in large letters on the ordering page. If you order from Amazon, they are returnable.

Jacket is comfortable, stylish and sturdy. However, battery life is abysmal. Right after preheat, I turn it down to lowest setting and only get 3.5 hours of use. I intend to contact support to get help. My answers below are based upon the current situation and may change depending on the support I receive.

Wife loves the vest. My issue was they mailed it usps and took about three weeks to receive. Maybe switch to UPS so it’s delivered quickly

We got the gloves for my husband for Christmas and they barely get “warm”. For the price that they are, they don’t hold up heat. Also, the return process has been a nightmare with trying to get the right label and it has taken days to try and get the process finished. If you need heated gloves, I would look elsewhere. As for other heated products like their vests, we have heard they work great!

I cannot write a review as I never received the fleece jacket I ordered. At first ororo was trying to help me track it but after sending them the information they requested i have not heard anything further.
