Son said it is hard to feel the heat unless you press sweatshirt onto your back. Was hoping it would be better

After wearing the long sleeve undershirt and washing one time the shirt is showing thread ware. Not very well made.

Does not heat well, not easy to find the pocket for the battery. Much more expensive than the cheap chinese products that work much better. Wish I had not bought this one.

The jacket is cute, but does not provide much extra warmth. I would return it, but you must have the tag on, and the first thing I did was cut it off and try it on, lol.

I love the IDEA of this jacket- but the back is the only thing that gets warm. I wanted something that warmed my arms and chest as well- or I would have just ordered a vest. This was supposed to be a 5 zone jacket and just ended up with one. Disappointed!

I wear a large size in jackets but the large vests run small so it does not fit. Since I bought it from the Outlet of Orrowear I am stuck with it.

Ordered the heated yellow jacket size 2xl in women’s very disappointing when I tried on for it to feel like I was wearing a medium to small and couldn’t zip up. Had to send it back.

I ordered the Bristol Lite heated pants in size 4. I mistakenly ordered the Lite; my intention was to order the Bristol Fleece lined version. I purchased them during the month-long member appreciation sale. When I called to exchange them for the fleece version, I was told that I would have to pay full price, as the fleece is considered a different product, not as if I was doing a size exchange. In addition, other than the waistband, the size 4 I received is larger than the size 6 fleece pants that I ordered last year! I can tailor the rediculously baggy balloon effect out of them with some work, but I can only exchange them for an "open-box" pair, which cannot be returned for any reason, unless I want to pay full price for them.

I am disappointed. I ordered two vests. One was too big and the other too small. Unfortunately they were open box so I can’t return them. I wish they had a consistent size. I have an older Oros that I love.

Appears to be a Lovely jacket but it doesn't fit properly. I understand the open box policy BUT NEVER again because no exchanges. I would be happy with no refund but you can not even exchange. So it will sit in my closet waiting for the next goodwill donation.

My vest dosent really warm up very much. Customer service only provided me instructions that were already provided when I received the vest. The battery was fully charged and still not getting that warm on the highest settings. No other solution was offered except that I cannot return it

Purchased a heated vest. Website crashed while ordering, Went back in completed my order. Got shipped in timely manner,but it reset my order and was shipped a small when originally wanted 2xl. When wanted to exchange for correct size was advised was a clearance item unable to return or get refund. I reordered item again is pending delivery. I will see if correct when new order delivered.

I love the product but recomend buying it from Amazon and not directly from ororo. It took 2 weeks from time of order for the product to arrive from Ororo. I had the amazon package next day. I had to return the ororo product it took 5 days from the time ororo received the return to process it and then another 3-5 days to issue refund.

I was very saddened by the product, I charged battery as directed. We received a a snow storm and put on gloves and followed starting instructions. It starts on hi and goes to medium, can’t tell the difference between medium & Hi. The gloves got lukewarm at best, I would not purchase another pair! I really expected more. Thanks

I tried these Gloves on to clear my driveway and walk on a day where the temperature was 16 below zero, and they were useless. Maybe the temperature was too much for the gloves, but they should have supplied some warmth, as opposed to almost none. I'll give them another try on a day where it is not as cold, and give an updated Review.
