Comfortable and works well but Sizing is very far off. I am much smaller than the model in the picture who is wearing a medium and the vest is so snug and short on me.

It’s my second one I bought, the first one was the single best purchase I’ve made. This one (both vests, both same heating zones) is not warming at all! Very disappointing

They stuck me with an extra battery that I didn’t want. The quality has gone way down since I got my first vest 3 years ago.

Purchased a pair of the heaed gloves and when received I charged them. We had our first snow of the year and went to use the gloves, but the one battery failed to turn on. I contacted customer serivce, but I have had to upload three videos as requested andhave not heard anything back from them. I just want a replacment battery so i can use the gloves

The product itself seems very nice. Unlike many other companies though, be advised that there are very strict return policies on many products. As a gift, it is hard to get sizing right and unfortunately the size purchased was much too large and could not be exchanged.

The gloves arrived in a timeframe specified by Ororo. The batteries do not maintain the heat considering the gloves are meant for outdoor activities. There is no heat in the fingers which I had expected from the photo at ororo. This is the second product that arrived without the electrical plug connection to charge the batteries. I would not recommend these gloves.

I sized the gloves according to what you have on your website and the glove liner and the glove are extremely small and tight. I bought a pair of your socks and they go all the way to my knee and I don’t know how I’m going to control the heat temperature if the control is all the way up at my kneecap and the I have pants on.

I ordered the heated gloves and I'm not impressed! I thought they would be warmer , especially for the price I paid for them. My $20 gloves keep my hands just as warm as the heated gloves do 🙄. I also ordered a heated coat and I'm hoping that's better than the gloves.

The glove liners you sent me were WAY too small and too tight. I have bought many ororo products, love them and will likely buy more but these these items missed the mark by a wide margin.

I bought this replacement vest because the switch on first vest wore out after less than three years, which may sound long, but I only used a maximum of 20 times in those three years, and never once washed it. Very dissapointing, it should stand up better than that. I hope the new vest's switch doesn't poop out like the first one.

While it takes a while for the coat to warm up in whole, after wearing for an hour the right arm never warmed.

Jacket came with a small battery that will only charge half way..Purpose is to force you to spend $100.00 to buy a standard battery.so you can have a warm jacket. NO MORE.

I am pleased with vest however, the battery does not stay charged for long and I received a battery and cord takes over 4 hours to charge the battery and the battery and charger gets really hot

We have ordered from Ororo for our christmas gifts for employees for YEARS and have always been extremely happy with the service. This year, we are missing an item in our order. I have tried to be in contact with customer service several times with only one initial response. What a frustrating and upsetting experience.

I purchased a vest from the Ororo outlet online. I read the 'no returns or exchanges' policy, and I understand that. However, I own an Ororo vest and purchased a new one in that size, only to receive one that was way too small, even though I ordered one according to the Ororo fitment guide. Ororo will not let me return it, though their fitment guide is inaccurate. I am very disappointed as I am now stuck with a vest that does not fit.
