My vest dosent really warm up very much. Customer service only provided me instructions that were already provided when I received the vest. The battery was fully charged and still not getting that warm on the highest settings. No other solution was offered except that I cannot return it

Purchased a heated vest. Website crashed while ordering, Went back in completed my order. Got shipped in timely manner,but it reset my order and was shipped a small when originally wanted 2xl. When wanted to exchange for correct size was advised was a clearance item unable to return or get refund. I reordered item again is pending delivery. I will see if correct when new order delivered.

I love the product but recomend buying it from Amazon and not directly from ororo. It took 2 weeks from time of order for the product to arrive from Ororo. I had the amazon package next day. I had to return the ororo product it took 5 days from the time ororo received the return to process it and then another 3-5 days to issue refund.

I was very saddened by the product, I charged battery as directed. We received a a snow storm and put on gloves and followed starting instructions. It starts on hi and goes to medium, can’t tell the difference between medium & Hi. The gloves got lukewarm at best, I would not purchase another pair! I really expected more. Thanks

great mitten construction bad battery life one and a half 1.5hrs. on meduim setting not great for a day of skiing

I tried these Gloves on to clear my driveway and walk on a day where the temperature was 16 below zero, and they were useless. Maybe the temperature was too much for the gloves, but they should have supplied some warmth, as opposed to almost none. I'll give them another try on a day where it is not as cold, and give an updated Review.

Their product is fine. I had a sweatshirt that I purchased 3 years and 3 months ago which stopped working. I have purchased a few other items as well. I understand that I was not entitled to receive a free replacement, but I wasn't offered much beyond a $20 certificate. I believe in the product, but hesitant on recommending due to how long the product lasts.

I had to return my vest twice after using the heating element less than 3 times each vest. I left the charging cable in the second vest by accident. Instead of ORORO sending my charger back to me, they were going to charge me for a new one.

The heated gloves do not produce sufficient heat to keep fingers warm. After they heated I kept the heat control to high . The outside temperature was 20 degrees , I was running my tractor snow blowing. Batteries fully charged. I returned the first pair, after several email exchanges a second pair was exchanged . I did not want to be disappointed hoping the first pair was defective but I was. I had to reason with customer support that I was still in the warranty period after sending proof of purchase from their site . The company did come through .

the pictures depicting the heating elements is not what is actually inside the jacket, the front chest area heating is not very good and nothing like what is shown in the heating element pictures

Jacket is light and comfortable. But the battery pack does not charge pass the first 2 bars and so it doesn’t last more than 30-45 minutes.

The battery life is bad. Took these to Vail and within 2 hours, the batteries were dead and without the heaters, the mittens are not warm. If you are looking for long lasting heated mittens for outdoor activities, I would recommend paying more.

Still waiting for the second part of my order. The vest arrived promptly and is very good. The battery storage bag is late and there is no update on its arrival. Was charged for it right away on 2/3 but as of 2/13 no idea where it is. The last update was 2/8.

The gloves were very long behind the wrist which is annoying but okay. they're incredibly expensive & simply don't work. They give off the tinest bit of heat. Not worth the $$ . The quality material and construction are there just not the technology. Sorry to say. We returned them.
