vest works great. But my batterie went bad only after about 10 uses. I reached out. They ask you to jump through a couple of hoops to get it warrantied. After taking pictures and attempting to download them they could not open up the pics. They agreed to have me send the batterie back and theyy would inspect it before sending a new one. All good as I know people try to game the system. After all that they found the batterie was faulty. only about 6 months old. The person who helped me was very nice. But she had to charge me $5.00 to ship me the replacment. I think When I spend $200 on a jacket and purchased an extra batterie at about $50. To nickel and dime for shipping on a faulty batterie during the warranty period. I thought was bad business. That $5 will probably prevent me for purchasing anything else from Ororo.

I was pretty disappointed with the scarf becasue the heated area is so small. It should be bother wider and longer. Most of the scarf is unheated and not worth having to have a batttery bumping against my chest. Unformtunatly I bought a discounted open box so it coudn't be returned. I didn't realize that when I bought it or I woudl have bought a full price one.

Honestly I was very disappointed with how little warmth the product provided. For maybe one moment the glove liners provided some kind of "heat" but they were not warm at all. The socks never worked. Would not waste my money here again.

I recieved one battery that will not work. It was tried out in all gloves. I did activate the warranty and then filed a claim several weeks ago. I have not heard anything.

I have purchased 2 pairs of socks, 2 coats, 2 vests and a set of gloves from Ororo for me and my family last Christmas. I would not buy them again. They provide warmth but not hockey rink warmth. Customer service for a pair of socks that were a bad fit was pretty lousy. I wish I looked into other brands before I purchased Ororo.

I bought a jacket for my wife and it arrived without a battery. It took almost three weeks to get a new one and that was after several calls. The $20 credit didn't help expedite things! They say the battery should last up to ten hours on medium - seems like it is about half that on a good day. Lastly, it would be ideal if the sleeves of the jacket were made of a windproof material. Maybe a vest would have been a better bet for the price!

Hi- I ordered a used coat off your website & I can see why it was returned. The one sleeve is deformed and makes the jacket nearly impossible to wear. Since it was used, there are no returns on it. What a waste of money.

I was sent the wrong jacket size. The mistake was Ororo’s. I bought an XL and was sent a L. Going through customer service was way more difficult then it should have been. The compensation for all the hassle was for a $25 gift certificate to Ororo that is not enough to purchase anything without me having to pay out of pocket as well. After all that the jacket does not get as warm as expected.

This is my 2nd Ororo purchase of a heated vest. The first one was approx 5-6 years ago and the heating elements were far better. Don’t know what you guys changed but you should change it back, I don’t think it’s good at all, sorry.

The vest is fine, unfortunately you cannot use just any power pack and the pack you pay extra for doesn’t last long.

We were very disappointed with the quality of our current vest. Our old one lasted for many years and looked great. The one we recently purchased started pilling within a few weeks of wear.

Not impressed. Battery life much shorted than advertised and one of the glove battery runs out much quicker than the other. Only positive is the gloves do keep hands warm.

I ordered a heated vest in size large. It was too big so I "exchanged " it for a medium. The medium was too tight around my waist so neither size worked. I tried to return the medium but the return was rejected. You are only allowed one prepaid return label/ item. It cost me $26 to return the second vest. I later learned, if I had returned the first vest, not exchanged, and ordered the second independently. I could have returned at no cost. I was disappointed with this policy. Hence the poor review. Thought I would let others know NOT to exchange because if the item doesn't work you ll have to pay postage to return.

Sock sizing was way off and they are way too big despite following the size chart. The return policy is not friendly and doesn't allow for returns/exchanges of socks for any reason, even if they have not been worn.

Unfortunately the Anchorage Unisex Heated Insulated Gloves that I purchased as a gift for my husband are too small. I ordered a Large despite the fact that he measured as a Medium. He had tried two friend's gloves in a Medium and a Large and the Large was a better fit. In addition, all the ski gloves he tried in the ski stores that fit were large. Unfortunately, I was so confident that the Large was going to fit that I went and bought them on Final Sale. Customer support has been so very helpful and they are agreeing to give a store credit for a return, minus a $10 shippping fee. So, beware, do not buy Final Sale unless you are absolutely certain of the item. I thought I was and was fooled.

Batteries for the vest seem to last only about one season, at best. That's pretty poor perfomance for a battery these days.

The neck section is sufficient for heat. However the pockets and lower back are extremely weak. My expectation was for a better product for the money.
