I bought this hoodie for next winter because it was on sale. It arrived and I attempted to charge the battery with an ororo charger. 36 hours later, the battery was still showing 1 bar. The process to get it returned is ridiculous and involves more of your time than what its worth. I have bouth over a $1000 worth of this companies products in the last 2 years amd will never buy from them again. Poor customer service for sure
