These seem to be built ok but for me they only get the backs of my hands kind of warm and my fingers still get cold. Good news is my ororo heated vest still works great.

I was gifted the Chantilly jacket in green - love this color & style - jacket has 4 heating zones (both pockets, back of neck and mid-back) these zone get warm, but not too hot which, I guess it good. Only negative issue I have had is trying to get all of the packing wrinkles out (they really show up in this color) - I ran it thru a mild rinse like suggested, but this really didn't do anything for all of the wrinkles and I do not have a garmet steamer to use as was also suggested. Guess after wearing a lot, maybe they will fall out - for the price of this jacket though, it shouldn't look so wrinkled

I received my heated vest and the battery was faulty.i called customer service and they didn’t help me one bit. I had to order a new battery and it cost me $70 through Amazon. Not happy at all about this.

Ororo's website is easy to navigate and answered all my questions. Ordering was also easy and delivery was prompt and arrived as promised. I returned an item and that process was super efficient. Ororo made it very easy. Thank you!

This was a birthday gift for a dear friend. The intended use was for skiing and dog walking. She absolutely loves it! We bought the 7K battery bc of a few reviews mentioning disappointment with the 5K mini charge. She found the 5k sufficed for a day of skiing on medium setting. She turned it off in the lodge to prolong the use.

I have had your vest for two years love it on most days I am wearing it even under heavy coats I use it as a base layer. I ordered a set of gloves hoping for the same result. Not so much they do not keep my fingers warm and I am not sure I am a fan. I am a responder who is out in the cold more than I like to be. The thought was this product would work as well as the vest not so much.

Being warm is priority for me and with my new Ororo heated vest, I am warm! I normally don't have to put a coat on with it as it keeps my core toasty warm, which warms me all over. I love the colors offered too. Most other brands only offer black. I'm really happy with my Royal Blue vvest and get lots of compliments. I also enjoy that it is light and not bulky like most vests. I normally wear large. It appears to be made small as the Large is a bit snug on me. I may have to order an XL. Thanks! deb

I cannot get the heated parka zipped up. I’ve had people help me and they still can’t get it zipped up. So I don’t wear it much. I liked the heated vest, but not the parka

It was mostly good… I ordered three items. One came before Christmas. One a few days after Christmas And one (my e gift card) still hasn’t been emailed to me yet!
