“I have 2 heated items. The first was the vest (purchased on amazon). Love it. Then because of an email about clearance items I ended up purchasing the fleece jacket, love it too! Both items heat up nicely and keep me warm. I also purchased an open box charger so I can keep them powered up. The charger came in new packaging, wouldn't know it was an open box item. The jacket and charger arrived on time.”

“Both products that I received were final sale, and unable to be exchanged for a different size/product. Both were subpar fit in my opinion and likely I will not use them. I dislike the policy of final sale and although I love my other Ororo products, I will hesitate to ever buy a sale item again from this company.”

“Customer service was stellar. Ororo called me back within a few hours of my message and resolved my issue of an item that was not delivered due to not fault of the company. This is a very reputable business and I will order from them again for this reason”

“We Love our Heated Jackets! They work Excellent!! Keep you nice & snuggly Warm! We use them for the start of the cold softball Season. The only thing I wished was better was the battery life, I wished it stayed charged longer!”

“I have an Ororo vest and wanted to buy heated gloves, so I ordered gloves using the sizing chart. The gloves are way too small for my hands. Unfortunately, I removed all the tags before I tried them during the recent snow storm so I cannot return them. I was able to put them on, but only with great difficulty. I had to remove the battery to put them on. They did keep my fingers warm, but it took a lot of effort to take them off. I wasted over $100. Perhaps I can give them to my grandson. I caution buyers when using the sizing chart.”

“I ordered a heated vest from ororo on the recommendation of a friend. I normally wear a large vest so I ordered that size. When it arrived it was too big. No problem. Ororo made it easy to return the vest and they sent the medium which is perfect. Love the vest and the service!”
