Still awaiting my refund from a previous order. I couldn’t help but notice my cost is 50 dollars or so higher than the returned purchase, which I am still awaiting a refund for one week later.

I recently bought my husband this vest for walking the dog. He ablsolutley loves it. I also saw it advertised on the Today Show after my purchase. I would definilty recommend this vest.

Order was processed quickly and arrived timely. Unfortunately there was no battery pack included, so I called and when I did, it was outside of business hours. Now I was a bit disappointed as I will now have to wait another day to get this resolved, low and behold I got a phone call a half hour later from customer service. Even though this was purchased via Amazon, they were able to track the order, determine what was supposed to be in the package and then sent me a battery. The service was fantastic. The product is great too, although it may not give out as much heat as I was expecting, based on other comments, it does its job. I may order a different model if I decide I need more heat.

I am very satisfied with my ORORO Li ion heated BUFFALO 🐃 & ANCHORAGE GLOVES. The only thing I would improve on is providing a heat element within the gloves so that one's palms could stay warm as well. Given the limitation of electrical energy draw to additionally accomplish this for any length of time may indeed be a consideration that cannot be rectified. I solved this problem by adding a HOT 🔥 HANDS hand warmer to each glove. Other than that, I am exceedingly pleased with these winter hand coverings. Sincerely, Damian J. Wojcik

First of all I would like to say that I wasn't sure if I would be completely satisfied with this product when making the purchase. When the product arrived, I was excited to see if it be all that I expected and I hoped for. On a cold day in Georgia, I was able to put it to the test pretty quickly, I must say that it erased all of my doubts about the product. It was so good, not only did I purchase the vest, I also purchased a jacket also! They warm up pretty quickly, I do not have to worry about being cold at football games anymore! I love this product, I get my son one also!

I received a defective jacket, I fully charged the battery, still will not power on. The red light comes on for a split second after holding the power button down. No heat at all..I kept the jacket on for 15 minutes just to see was it boosting up. No luck.

I ordered the heated seat with the battery and an extra battery. The seat has a USB plug and the extra battery only has a USB-C port. I had to order a converter so I could use the extra battery. I like the product.

The item was a gift for someone named Rosie 🌺 and the message behind was that it was referencing people that work hard and that’s how I presented it to her as a little birthday gift and she loves it; the quality was great. Nothing bad to report here.

I purchase 2 jackets. One men's and one women's jacket. The men's jacket was too small. I needed to exchannge it for a M size. I tried going through your exchange protocol and it would not allow me to submit my request to exchange. Not able to otherwise contact Ororo to communicate my simple request to exchange for a larger size. Terrible communications set up that almost appears designed to be unfriendly to custormers. I purchased 3 items already in this year alone. Very difficult to communicate with Ororo. rleong@wik.com
