“I've have 1 or 2 of most every item that Ororo has made since it's inception 10 years ago and am thrilled with the products and the customer service. I've had only a few problems, like a faulty battery, which customer service rectified right away with a replacement. I could't make it through the winter without Ororo! I have referred dozens to Ororo, all are happy as well.”

“My husband received an Ororo heated vest as a birthday gift from our Son. I tried it and decided to get a woman’s vest for myself! The two battery investment was a wise choice! Love, love, love it! Use it everyday during our freezing winter! Highly recommend!”

“I ordered the Cloudlands Women’s heated jacket in small - (I’m 5’6” and thin) color black. It is a nice, lightweight jacket that that hits just below my hip bones and is very comfortable & warm. The sleeve length is long which is nice because it has thumb holes to wear without pulling on shoulder area. The zipper is decent but can catch the fabric from time to time. The battery pack is in an odd place by your back left hip. I wish it was placed in a different location. Not sure where would be better. The neck, back and pocket warming is what I was looking for. When I first put it on the collar was folded over ( I didn’t realize it) and I couldn’t feel the neck warmer. When I finally adjusted it I realized what I was missing! Game changer. Of course I ordered this when it was very cold and the day my jacket arrived it was nearly 70 degrees. It’s gotten cold again and I’m pleased with my purchase. I hate cold weather, I’m cold natured and heated jackets take the edge off. Ororo customer service is very good. 👍”

“I bought a heated vest for a friend’s father who is 91 years young and unfortunately, having some health issues. I’m told he was so excited over the vest and makes sure he never leaves home without it. It has helped make a positive difference in his life. Major thanks to Ororo for the great heated lightweight vest.”

“I own a number of Ororowear clothing. They can be an absolute game changer for certain outdoor activities, especially ones where packing light and minimizing bulk is a goal. Id love to see vests made with merino wool and wind blocking membranes with more heat zones. For me, I bowhunt in extremely cold weather and Ororo vests allow me to stay warm without the added bulk. The inclusion of merino wool and wind block membranes would be an absolute game changer. I am confident other hunters and outdoors people would echo this request. Additionally, while I love the reliability and portability of Ororo’s batteries, I do feel they are quite expensive.”

“I purchased these mittens for downhill skiing. I was between a small and medium for size, so I went with the medium. The mittens work well, however, due to the fact that I went with the larger size and cuff is longer and it is tight going over my skijacket as it goes further up on my arm. My suggestion would be to try the mittens on over your ski jacket sleeve before purchasing. Other than that, happy with my purchase.”

“I got my first Ororo heated vest for Christmas. I opted to order an extra battery to have a spare. I just used my vest for the first time. I was totally impressed. It warms up great, is comfortable, and I can see myself wearing the vest a lot more often vs a bulky coat. I just love this vest!!”

“The gloves work well, but the sizing is off. The sizing guide recommonded a Small but I should have ordered a Medium, as the gloves are tight and hard to put on. Otherwise, the gloves heat up nicely and battery life is good”

“the vest becomes too warm. even on low heat. unfortunately when the vest is turned off then my back is chillded. the battery pak is very very heavy and i find the design too bulky”

“Good vest for Heat, but very inconsistent and not thought through as far as features ., I’ve had three, and also trying to get one to fit, they are very baggy in the waist area, which makes them look ridiculous on. The pockets, some have nice deep pockets, some have very short pockets that you contents will drop out if you don’t zip it. Why would you not put nice inside pockets on most of these, especially the most expensive ones? There’s nowhere to put a wallet or sunglasses or phone.. I finally found a sick zone that has a little chest vest pocket on the outside., but it is so shallow and small it will just barely let a pair of sunglasses go in Your website needs lots of work, very hard to narrow down to things you like, and you’re sizing chart I guess works, but they sure don’t fit me and I’m not fat and I’m not skinny”

“So I splurged this winter purchasing the Soho Down Parka style jacket in black. And for the most part, I do love it. This is my second Ororo, and the heating elements are on point. The size, fit and some styling may turn off some folks. If I has been able to try this on first, I may have selected a different style. I purchased a large. And in most clothing, I am in between a medium/large size. So I expected this to fit with a bit of looseness. If you have any kind of shoulder girth to you as a woman, you will want to go the next size up. I adore thumbholes in clothes in general, especially with purpose. But if you have longer arms or bigger hands, or wear the jacket and move around sitting up and down, the material will cut into your hand. I find myself constantly pulling the sleeve out to give some slack to that. It's cute, and it's ok, but there should be more material in this feature. And finally the location of the battery pack is horrible. It's really the worst. It hits right on the hipbone. I'm 5'6" tall, and it sits right above my left hip. If you're shorter, its going to be right next to your hip. And driving with this on and having a seatbelt on..well, it gets cumbersome. I really wish there was a better place to put the battery pack. The vest I previously bought held the battery back a bit lower on the left side and it just didn't seem that bad. So if those things were different I'd give this a 5. I do love it overall. It looks great on, it feels great on, the heat is fantastic... for $300+ dollars, the details need to be looked at and improved.”
