“Love this company and their products. I’ve been using their heated jacket which is absolutely the best and just ordered a larger battery. Keeps me nice and warm. This is the only company to use!!”

“Love my heated vest, great for snow removal and wood carving in a cold shop. I have two batteries so I always have one available, one battery is the upgraded battery, quick charge and long lasting. Great product!”

“I'd love to give this company a good review. However I am struggling with their customer service. I recieved the first vest but it was too large so I exchanged it. The exchange took almost two weeks. That's ok but the new one they sent me the battery doesn't work. It won't charge. Customer service has demanded that I send them a video of me trying to charge it. Come on how hard is it to plug a battery into a usb charger? So after three nights of charging using different cables and plugs I sent a video. Their response was to please take another video and use the cord provided (I had used the original cord when first attempting to charge the battery). I am now two weeks in to a vest I can't use and still no help from customer service. You would think buying a $200 vest it would at least work.”

“The replacment battery I ordered for my Amsterdam Gloves works OK but is too expensive. But, it was hard to find it amongst multiple options on website and it is too expensive. And, now I need to bite the bullet and order another as the older one ony charges ~ 2 lights.”

“I purchased the medium glove and it for well for a small person at 5ft tall. But the battery pack is huge and on the wrist which made it really healed to bend my hand, they should have put it on the back of the hand if possible. Otherwise it worked for 5 hours or so on high til they died. I would probably get the mittens if I was able to return them, I didn’t realized I purchased and open box item which was not refundable or exchangeable.”
