“Purchased both the wall battery charger and the usbc to usb -c cable. Both arrived right on time. I tested the battery wall charger and seems to work just fine. I bought these as backup since I recently misplaces my original charging cords and was so frustrated I bought new ones immediately. I found the misplaced cords, but still glad I now have backup! It was on sale so it was my lucky day!”

“I used the vest 4 times last winter and it worked great. This winter the battery won't hold a charge and it's out of warranty. New battery is over $50. The AI customer service was no help. No thanks.”

“I love my new vest although the fit this time was challenging. The small fit well but snug around the torso with a sweatshirt underneath. The medium felt "roomyer" but arm holes very large and large in the chest area, too. The sizing seemed challenging as I am generally a small in most items purchased so far including a Ororo winter jacket and knit vest. The longer nylon vest is nice, but wish the sizing was more accurate. It is a fitted design which I generally have no trouble with as my body is balanced for the most part. Maybe, revisit the for the future.”

“I received the Ororo heated vest as a gift and liked it so much that I ordered their heated glove liners. They were tight, but I was able to return them and receive their replacement quickly and with little trouble. Good customer service and a good product.”

“Ordered new batteries for my heated gloves (Buffalo). The battery connector did not fit the gloves. I was told I have and older model and there are no availble battery replacements. They did offer new gloves with a 15% discount. i found replacement batteries on another site for around $30..”

“It looks nice and worked well the first time, but after charging it only warmed for an hour, shut off mid hockey game. I'll try again and hope for better results.”

“My recent purchase replaced a vest that was one month out of warranty. The button switch stopped working, and all Ororo offered was $20 off of a new vest. I was not at all happy to be purchasing a new vest for $100. In addition, of course the old vest failed on the coldest day of the year.”

“These heated mittens are the BEST! I had other heated "gloves", but they went cold when riding my motorcycle thru the cold seasons. These Ororo mittens retain their heat, even at 70 MPH in 30 degree weather!!”
