“I was pretty disappointed with the scarf becasue the heated area is so small. It should be bother wider and longer. Most of the scarf is unheated and not worth having to have a batttery bumping against my chest. Unformtunatly I bought a discounted open box so it coudn't be returned. I didn't realize that when I bought it or I woudl have bought a full price one.”

“I would give it five stars, but the battery I got only lasts a few hours max. It works great though when it is charged! I work night shift, so it keeps me warm!”

“I was really excited about this vest, which made the disappointment hit harder. I ordered my usual size and it ran way too big to wear. I'd purchased it as an open-box sale item, so exchanging it wasn't an option — I ended up giving it away. Lesson learned to check the return policy before buying sale items! The concept is great and I still want a heated vest, but I'll likely try a different brand next time. If you order, definitely size down.”

“I don’t like this vest as much as the polyester one. This one doesn’t have much of a stretch like the polyester and the pockets do not zip up. It doesn’t keep you as warm either. It works for what I want for now. I do however like that it’s a bit slimmer and my jacket fits over it better. I wear a jacket over my vest and the polyester one it was a little snug.”

“I love these products. I have a long coat, a short coat and two vests. They are all perfect for the different conditions I need whether it’s walking by the ocean, hiking in the woods or maybe a sporting event. The best is the vest for Pickleball. I think I started a trend because quite a few players wear the same vest now and love it as much as I do!”

“The vest is warm. The problem with the “pocket”where the battery goes the fabric is so thin it ripped from the battery I lined the pocket with thicker fabric to withstand the friction from the battery. The vest is used everyday during the long winter days in upstate NY”

“Love the material and that the battery sits more on the hip than in front. The vest is a little large when work with a long sleeve t-shirt but will be fine if I wear it with a hoodie.”

“I've enjoyed using these gloves on my winter morning drive to work. I work in healthcare and have to really pay attention not to let my hands get cold before work. The Ororo gloves help. The batteries don't last as long as I would like, max about an hour at the moderate setting, but it's not a big deal because they are easy to charge and are ready again for the morning.”

“I now own 3 vests and one jacket with 2 batteries. They are wonderful. We travel a great deal with our dog to compete in agility and many times the facilities are quite cold not to mention outdoors. They are the best investment for warmth and comfort. And PS we also bought vests for Christmas gifts for our son and daughter-in- law and they love them too!”

“For the first time today I tried on the exchanged vest and was very disappointed that the size "large" is no bigger than the size medium I sent back. Your company was very rude and practically accused me of using the product prior to return and made what shoulld have been a simple gift exchange into an ordeal. Vest does seem like it would be warm if I could wear it comfortably.”
