“I so wanted these to be great. Two major problems: 1. The battery is big and feels clunky when you are skiing. 2. They kept my fingers warmer than without heat but ONLY on the highest setting and the highest setting runs the battery out by lunch time. So on a cold Vermont January skiing? Nope. Total disappointment. I bought some cheap Kinco mittens with liners and I am better off.”

“I love the jacket that I have. It’s great for the cold months and trying to stay warm. Howver, the button has a mind of its own and it switches to the different legels of heat or will shut off on its own.”

“Purchased a pair of neon heated gloves for traffic direction in the cold months. The opening at the wrist/forearm is too small and not pliable to fit over a winter jacket. It is also too bulky/cumbersome to put under the jacket due to the size and location of the battery pack. Only used twice until I decided I like blood flow to my fingers. Disappointing because they could have really been a game changer Battery pack needs to be on the back of the hand, not on the wrist. Disappointed with my purchase”

“The gloves heat my palms well, but not my fingers. They are 2xl but I can barely fit into them. They are not what I expected. I gave them to my son to wear. Went back to my previous heated gloves.”

“I LOVE my heated jacket. It is a SERIOUSLY WARM coat without the heat. I LIVE the heat also. I wish I’d had this coat when I lived in KCMO 20 years. I was so miserable!! I am 5’7” and around 130lbs. I do have broad shoulders and long arms but otherwise I’m fairly thin. I bought a medium but had to exchange it for a large. The large is a tad too big. I’m keeping it now as I’d rather be able to layer a sweater underneath. The medium was too tight in the shoulders. Yesterday I wore it on my walk with the heat. Love, love, love. My only issue is that because it’s a little big on me it get a tad drafty from underneath. All in all it’s a 10!! The staff were SUPER patient with me while I returned and reordered while I was still traveling and needed it shipped after a certain date. Wonderful company and wonderful service and product. I will order a vest next!!!!!!!! 🩷”

“Not only are their products awesome the customer service it too. I purchased 4 vests at the Westminster dog show. It was so busy with customers walking in and out of the booth, trying on the merchandise and yet I had individual attention. One battery wasn't included in my bag...no worries...I sent an email and the missing battery wasn't in my mailbox within a week!!! I can't wait to see what the fall/winter jackets look like! Already told my husband I want another for Christmas 2026!!!”
