“Unfortunately I never received the shoes I ordered. It was all my fault. When I placed the order I was in a hurry and did not verify my home address. You have my old address, which I have now corrected on your website. They looked like such comfortable shoes. :(”

“We love ororo gear. This is my 3rd purchase of the heated fleece vest. It is perfect for layering under anything when it gets cold. We are a sports family and it’s a great way to stay warm. My only disappointment this time, is that my vest no longer came with a storage bag. I use the storage bag in the off season to keep my battery and charger together w my gear. So I was a bit bummed about that.”

“I have an old heavy jacket and I like it a lot. This purchase was not successful. You are an online only brand and the fit varies substantially between different articles. As important as the quality of the product is the service and convenience you support them with. I bought an open box jacket. It was open then, it's still open now. I offered to exchange the item at my cost, as well as to pay any shipping or restocking expenses incurred by providing good customer service. My offer was not seriously considered, I got a form response back declining. But I have gotten twenty emails asking what I can do for you by sharing the word about my interaction. It wasn't a good interaction, I have an expensive jacket I don't want. Take care of your customers before you badger them for feedback!!”

“Hi I have many items from ororo I walk dogs 365 days a year not only my own dogs but I have a dog walking busness so I am outside several hrs a day I wear ororo from fall thru late spring this is a great company this year I bought two peices a light layering jacke that I can ware spring and fall on its own also as a layering jacket in the winter I also bought the heated sling for the same reasons I haven't used them yet as it is 100* f during the day in Kansas so I will get back with you on how I like them.”

“Heated jacket is very comfortable and warm, but it runs very large for an XS. I had an XS vest and it was much smaller and more fitted. I just wish the jacket was as fitted, but I still appreciate the warmth”

“Training Horses in weather with high humidity and temperatures is brutal. But the tee that I bought wicks away the water nicely. It does get pretty wet because of the work I’m doing but 10 minutes after I stop,especially if you leave the shirt outside of your breaches it Wicks away and dries out. Its amazing.”
