“On my 3rd battery and vest was a Christmas gift 4 months ago. This battery seems to be taking a charge. It is a bit heavy and does not last 4hours. We live in Florida and my husband mainly wears it at home or out to dinner. No real cold weather. I will give the Customer Service department 5 stars. They were great!”

“Honestly I was very disappointed with how little warmth the product provided. For maybe one moment the glove liners provided some kind of "heat" but they were not warm at all. The socks never worked. Would not waste my money here again.”

“Absolutely love this vest. Even without any heat, it still keeps me pretty warm. The heat is great for cold days, and I love that it's adjustable. The only downside is that the battery life is not superb - I'm glad I got two batteries.”

“I got the heated vest for my elderly mother, and she really likes it. The only downside is that the battery life is only about 4-5 hours. After confirming she was happy with the vest, I bought a back up battery. She is covered for most of the day now.”

“My husband loves his ororo vest and jacket. I bought him an additional lightweight down jacket and socks for his birthday (got it on sale), and he loves those items as well. Keeps him warm and cozy when walking in minus degree weather. I look for items on sale because I can't afford the high price, but he does love the items I find.”

“I recieved one battery that will not work. It was tried out in all gloves. I did activate the warranty and then filed a claim several weeks ago. I have not heard anything.”

“LOVE my heated vest! I'm always cold and it's guaranteed to warm me right up from neck to hip! Battery lasts long enough for me (5 hours?) and recharges pretty quickly. Only improvement could be a thinner battery--it's a little bulky on my hip. Overall a big winner in this house!”

“I have purchased 2 pairs of socks, 2 coats, 2 vests and a set of gloves from Ororo for me and my family last Christmas. I would not buy them again. They provide warmth but not hockey rink warmth. Customer service for a pair of socks that were a bad fit was pretty lousy. I wish I looked into other brands before I purchased Ororo.”

“This is the second time we've ordered. Good quality products. Got online to order a second because the lower back seam on the vest blew out after a season a wear. Can still be worn, just as an underlayer. Noticed they offered a new version with pocket heating/ neck heating option so we were super excited! Got here in a reasonable amount of time and it packed nicely. Product works exactly as it should, sizing is spot on. Will continue to be a loyal customer!”

“My attempt to obtain the missing plug/wire connection piece to charge my vest was an unmitigated customer service failure! After no less than five phone and email conversations about the missing piece, Ororo sent me a new vest and nothing else. Why should this be so difficult? And this came after four inquiries from them as to whether I really wanted them to ship the missing piece! I am forced to use my wife’s charging cord to charge my vest, so we have one charging cord for two vests. I am really unhappy about this situation, and, at this point, have lost any confidence in Ororo to provide the charging cord that is supposed to come with the new vest. Ororo “Customer Service”, should you happen to read this, perhaps you might reach out to me to try to rectify this situation!!”
