“I’m really happy with the Ororo heated jacket. Second time purchasing, my friend tried on my first one and ended up taking it. It heats up quickly and keeps me warm for hours. The heat zones are placed exactly where I need them and battery life is solid. Also jacket isn't bulky. Great customer service from company too. They responded quickly and were helpful with my questions.”

“Got gloves as a gift. Where is the charger? If not a standard package item then I needed that made clear that I needed to order the plug/adapter. Now I need to order them as an individual item. UGH!!”

Hi Ann, we apologize for the confusion. To reduce our environmental impact and electronic waste, we no longer include a wall charger plug with our products. However, a USB charging cable is always provided, and the battery can be safely charged using any standard USB-A wall block or phone charger you already own at home. We appreciate your honest feedback.
