“I love the heated vests. I have two, one of which I've had for over 5 years and it still works great. I have horses and have to work outside no matter what the weather is. I've given at least 5 as gifts and they are always a hit. When I give one to a horse person, usually everyone else in the barn has bought one for themselves within a few weeks. I can not recommend these vests highly enough. I don't think I've been truly cold since I bought mine. Keeping my core warm means my extremities stay warm also.”

“I ordered a vest and battery charger for a Christmas present. This was ordered on December 7th. It said it departed shipping facility on December 8th there haven’t been any updates in 11 days. I email customer service, two days later they say they will mail a new vest and battery pack. I ask for a tracking code, no response. So my experience with ororo has not been good. Oddly enough I went with ororo because it seemed nice quality and professional. Not the case”

“i love these jackets so much i ordered 6+ for family and friends this year. my oringal ones are still working after 3 years. it's simply the best ones out in the market. there are many kockoffs but doesnt compair to ororo worth the cost.”
