We really enjoy your heated apparel. I must share that I am disappointed in your outlet warranties on out of box apparel. 6 month warranty on the normal 3 year warranty is disappointing. If you have confidence in the existing quality of the product, the warranty should reflect that. If you are going to charge almost half of the full price, the warranty should be at least half of the full price warrant, not 1/5. thank you for hearing my concern.
