Good shipping time but the vest feels and looks too big! I ordered size SMALL and it looks like a medium/large. Upset I can’t exchange for a smaller XS size just because I got it at 50% off. It’s brand new so why can’t I exchange it for a smaller size? I’m very upset. Please let me exchange it for a small size!
