We are extremely pleased with the help from the customer service dept. Julie and Aven always kept us up on the progress of replacing my vest, and the follow through to make sure all went well and that we were satisfied. My problem was taken care of in a matter of days. We have never dealt with such a top notch customer service dept. like Ororo.
