Very disappointed with Ororo customer service. We received heated socks for my wife size small which were way too big. They’re actually big for me and I wear a size 10 shoe. You can’t talk to a person when you call Ororo , only email correspondence. Turns out they have a no return policy. They waived that this time if I pay the shipping. Very poor for an inferior product.
