The Ororo vest just purchased has been working great. I am from MN & have been using on walks & outdoor activities in subzero below conditions. I am anxious to wear my new Ororo vest fir more outdoor activities. I also want to say your customer service support was awesome and thank Vinnie for his communication & friendly & professional help during my recent exchange for a larger vest. I recieved a vest for a gift & wasn't right size. Contacted Ororo customer service & Vinnie sent me a return label to ship vest back for larger size.
