I had high hopes for this heated scarf as my wife is always cold and I thought this scarf would add significantly to the hand warmers she uses. The scarf does warm up however just barely. It does warm up a bit to the touch but you'd have to wear it right next to your skin. If my wife is wearing a turtle neck or similar she just can't feel any warmth from it.
