The heaters work great, but the actual glove design does not work for downhill skiing. The cuff will not fit over a cold weather ski jacket arm, making the glove useless you can get it inside your ski jacket arm. At that point, you cannot easily access the heat control.
Customer service was made aware of this problem and did not offer any kind or refund or credit toward a future purchase of a better designed glove. That is bad business.
