The first jacket I ordered was too small. This was alos the case for a friend who odered a jacket, so I believe the sizing runs small. The return for an exchange was easy. I was emailed a return shipping label, and dropped off the package. I was able to track the return shipping and Ororno notified me when they recieved the returned item. The larger sized jacket was shipped out quickly. The new jacket fits well, but I haven't used it yet because there has been an unusual streak of very warm weather in the 30's/40's and I don't need a heated jacket for those temperatures. But colder weather is on the way!!!
