Well I will rate hopefully better when I get my exchange. My gloves were too big... brand new and at first they said they wouldn't take them back. Then they agreed to take them back. $99 gloves and it cost me $51 to send them back for exchange. So we will see. I couldn't believe I couldn't do an exchanage for a smaller size... I wrote to them a day after I recieve the incorrect sizs. OMG..
