After looking through the materials accompanying my shipment -moronically passing by the comments under the photos/diagrams- I had to contact Ororo to aske a question regarding the onboard lights and the rep very gently indicated that my "malfunction" should have been addressed in those materials. VERY embarrased!!! So... A) your rep deserves a statesmanship award for not laughing out loud; B) your rep could be the poster child for "customer service reps" who freaking know the meaning of the term; C) While chuckling along with my self-deprecatory attemps at humor regarding my reading comprehension skills, I never once got the feeling that she was laughing AT me, merely along with me; so D) I will return to Ororo for future warm wear needs.
