I have the dual-zoned jacket and love the extra warmth I am getting on my arms. Even without the heat on, the jacket is nice and toasty and the hood is quite useful. I also like that I can zip it off if I want to. Have found the jacket to be of high quality and nice construction. The customer service folks are very helpful and very responsive.
