I have purchased a heated jacket, I heated vest, and my latest purchase was heated gloves. But one of the batteries did not work correctly, did not charge. I immediately contacted your business to let them know that and as to this date, I have still not received a new battery. My review on my heated jacket and my heated vest would be definitely a five! I would love my gloves as well. If you would send me a new battery for the battery that did not work. it has taken longer than I expected, and so that is why I would give you a three on the battery delivery for the gloves.
