The quality of the jacket is amazing. The jacket is warm without the heating. The jacket is a great motivator to walk my dog on very cold mornings.
Personally I think the neck area is too hot, especially if you don't have a scarf or something protecting the neck area. I'd love/prefer the pockets to be warmer.
