Ororo definitely came through. I ordered a heated sweater and the first one that was ‘delivered’, I did not receive. As frustrated as I was.. after speaking with customer service they generously sent out another package in which I did receive. The sweater itself is comfy and did justice for my husband who worked outdoors.
