I received my heated vest as a Christmas gift, and although I liked the vest very much, the battery wouldn't charge. I called customer service and they promptly took care of the problem. Now that I have a battery that works, I absolutely love it! Ororo's customer service is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future.
