This is our second Ororo product and we love them! They are a big help living in the north. I spend a lot of time outside as a real estate agent and it’s also perfect for my MIL waiting at the bus stop. Special shoutout to the customer service team. I had to exchange for a larger size for my mother in law and the process was super fast and easy!!
