We are very pleased with my wife's Ororo heated vest because it is a well tailored garment, warm and looks great. And...a loud shout out with kudos to their customer service department for their prompt attention and follow through with my questions and concerns. They are user friendly, good listeners and stand behind their product...just fantastic service!. This was the best Christmas gift of 2024 and our entire family will be customers going forward.
