Ordered women's heated vest. Had some trouble with the battery needing over a day to charge. Customer service was five-star. Returning the defective battery was made very easy. Got replacement battery, shipped with consideration of my schedule so that it would arrive when it worked best for me. I was sent a replacement charger as well. Now everything works perfectly. Would buy from them again. Can't say enough about what a joy it is to buy from and work with a company with such respect for its customers. Thank you!
