love the heated vest, it works well. However the battery doesnt last very long, needs a lot of recharging. And wprst of all, my battery only lasted 3 months before it was unable to charge anymore at all and then it needed a costly replacement. I tried to work with customer service on this and they were very unhelpful. Not sure its worth the hassle of the battery given the cost of the product.
