I couldn't love this jacket more. It fits great and is warm. We ride motorcycles quite a bit on chilly mornings, and it's perfect for that. I did have a little problem when I first tried it out. I used a 5v 20000 mAh battery, and it wouldn't work. So, my husband grabbed his 7v 25000mAh battery, and it worked just fine. I couldn't see anywhere in the instructions that a minimum battery needed to be used. That would be my only suggestion.
